Single 'cosy' room was much better that I thought it would be, I found it quite large. Modern decor, and spotlessly clean. I asked for a quiet room and had a very relaxing and quiet stay. The £15 voucher offer meant that I had dinner, bed and breakfast for £110, which is amazing for the central location. No aircon, but... More

I use this hotel regularly when I have to work in London. I always find that the hotel is very busy but am never disappointed with the room and it's facilities, especially the free internet. Great location and plenty to see and do nearby.

Definitely good value for money choice. We found our superior room to be of good size, very clean and well stocked with extra towels and toiletries if needed. No air con, and this could be a huge problem, but we were in a corner room with two windows on a very hot night in London and it was really lovely... More

This is my second time to visit London, and since I stayed in a hotel near Baker St. last time, I wanted to try something much more center of everything. My criteria for selecting a hotel are: 1) Affordable (yes!) 2) Close to one of subway stations (preferably Piccadilly Line) 3) Walkable to Covent Garden/ Ronnie Scotts (my favorite jazz... More

The staff were lovely. The room was tiny with no air conditioning, which in 32 degree heat is not good. Breakfast was not good, no apple juice and hardly any fruit selection, no pancakes or porridge. It was near everything. Quite expensive but guess you pay for the location. Bedroom walls were not sound proofed at all, could hear them... More

I find this hotel to be in a useful location on The Strand. It is within easy walking distance of Charing Cross, Embankment and Covent Garden stations. it is close to many of the theatres. Although the hotel has a good bar and dining experience, there are many other classic locations nearby - the Savoy Grill, Smolensky's and Simpson's (a... More

When we arrived at 7am after more than 30hrs of flights and transfers the hotel staff were so accommodating of us with our 10 month old daughter that they kindly offered and organised a spare room for us to shower and freshen up in while our room was being cleaned/prepared. I think the lovely gentleman at check in, name was... More

I stayed here after a Contiki tour in August 2013 Check in - When we checked in the company we booked threw had listed us for a double room. When I told the hotel we actually booked a twin they were quick to fix their mistakes. It was no problem at all. The Room - It was very spacey which... More

Arrived on Saturday. We quickly checked in. Got to our room to find it had already been given to someone else, or someone else was still in there and not checked out. We were quickly found another room. Same standard. The rooms were ok. A bit dated but that adds to the character of the hotel. I'm not one to... More
