This hotel is located right next to the station, about 300mtrs from Trafalgar square and a 5 min walk from Covent Garden, ideal! In addition to this great location was the fact that there was no noise to be heard from the roads. This lovely hotel is very comfortable and was lovely to stay at. I would recommend it to... More

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel during a recent business trip. The hotel's location is fabulous, just above the Charing Cross station. Made it very convenient to get around London without much hassle. The check-in was fast and friendly. My room was sized well. I've stayed in London before and had real small rooms, so I was prepared for a... More

This place was lovely, went there as a couple, the rooms were massive and the beds were large and comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice, pleasing and clean. The hotel was stunning, lit up with candles at night, and the bar service was excellent although expensive. Very easy to get to, right outside the stations, and surprisingly little noise. An excellent... More

I always use this hotel when going to theatreland. You have to ask for the things that are missing e.g bathrobes etc but staff are willing and helpful. Great pillows ---sleep like a log

I stay in this hotel often, its central and very convenient. I like the candles put out in the hall and up the stairs, M&S and Boots, just outside in the station, are handy for those things you can't take on aeroplanes any more. I like having the theatres and cinemas close by for the evening and The National and... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments posted on Trip Advisor. Standard amenities are automatically provided in the room but the hotel does accommodate requests such as bathrobes and slippers. As you may be aware, the hotel is a Grade II listed property and room sizes do vary even though they belong in the same classification. I am pleased that... More

Stayed for one night. The hotel was fine and I had no problems and the location was good. It just lacked a few things I would have expected from a 4 star hotel - no bathrobes, no mini bar although there was bottled water in the room. The decor in the main areas was nice but I found my room... More

We arrived late for a swift check in. Our view was rubbish but typical of a lower floor room in London & I didn't actually request anything special. The room was spacious, clean with modern decor. Mini bar was empty apart from sparkling/still water - again this can be filled on request. Bed huge, Fluffy pillows & very comfy. The... More

We have just had a wonderful weekend here. We stayed at their sister hotel The cumberland earlier on this year so thought we would try this one. Our room was very nice. quite big for a deluxe double. Hotel was quiet nice and reasonably up to date. Price was what swayed me in the end as less than £150 a night for central London is a good deal. One problem though, my hotel door didn't lock. As I ran out of the hotel reception for a meeting I let them know. When I return 3 hours later, the... More
