Easy to reach, with parking underneath the hotel makes is easily accessible. Another quality stay in London, so easy to explore and beds that are so comfortable I never want to leave. Always friendly and welcoming, only down side is there are never any taxis available in the evening, although the doormen were working hard in obtaining some last night.

Stayed overnight whilst on business in London. Hotel is okay and well located. Room was in need of some upgrading e.g. curtains partly falling off their rail, bathroom looked 'aged' and carpet threadbare in places. For nearly £200 per night it could be better but staff pleasant, comfy bed and room service quick and good, tasty food.

I stayed here as part of a weekend package - my second stay. Admittedly the exterior of the hotel is rather unprepossessing - grey concrete and an entrance road designed entirely without pedestrians in mind. But this hides comfortable, clean rooms and excellent staff within. Being a solo traveller, I've been fortunate on both occasions to be allocated a room... More

Stayed here in a first floor room overlooking the dock.it was fascinating looking out over the water and very quiet for sleeping. As others have said, this hotel looks ghastly from the outside especially as the other dock buildings are so well designed. However, inside it's great..not very modern but clean and spacious.our room seemed to gave been recently decorated... More

I stayed here for two nights on business. A few things I noticed during my stay: -Unfortunately I didn't have a view of Tower Bridge, however this hotel is very central and I had a lovely walk over the bridge on one evening. -There seemed to be more staff than there was customers in the lobby, however those tat I... The exterior of the hotel hides an impressive interior. Our rooms were very clean, comfortable and very quiet for London. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The surrounding St Katherines Dock is a great place to explore. Wonderfjl views of the river and Tower Bridge, tryto get a room with a view of either. We will certainly book again later... More

Stayed here last weekend, booked through 'Last Minute'. Helpful arrival staff and check-in, room was a good size and super view of Tower of London even though we only had a bog standard room. As an historian specializing in 16th Century England, I usually visit the Tower at least twice during my annual trip. I never grow tired of this magnificent structure which I would argue is the most significant sight in London equal , of course, to Westminster Abbey. If you want to learn the history of London and England, spend a day... More

Friendly staff on reception, pleasant room with nice view over the adjacent marina. Quick service in Brasserie restaurant despite being busy. Good breakfast, quick check out, taxis ready at the door. Can't fault it. Good value too for central London. Rooms seem more spacious and the location is nice and open and airy compared to other central London hotels.
