Stayed at the Guoman Tower over the weekend of the 19th May. Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was quoted at £21.00 but reduced to £12.00 as we had booked on line, so well worth it. Great view from the room, already looking forward to going back!! More

The hotel would benefit from an external face lift, but do not let this put you off , we have stayed here on 4 occasions.... great staff, lovely bars with huge windows overlooking river and bridge, excellent restaurant, nice clean spacious rooms, parking underground, there is not a better location, our favourite London hotel, river cruise outside the front door. Mrs Benny stayed in this hotel whilst visiting London for a corporate event. Hotel doesn't look much from the outside however don't let that put you off. Room 692 was very spacious with a separate study area,well-fitted bathroom and the Gherkin, the Shard and Tower Bridge could all be seen from the room. Room service were called upon to provide... We booked this hotel for its location, which to be fair, is fab! Check in was quick however our room key didn't work so we had to go back to reception to get this sorted which was a pain as we were on the 6th floor. In the main our stay was enjoyable, yes the rooms are a little dated... More

Spent last Saturday night at this hotel, specially picked for its location overlooking the river Thames and St. Katherine's Dock - I have a love of locks and found the one here facinating. We arrived about 11.20 am and were advised we could upgrade for £40 whch meant we could get into our room instead of waiting until 3 pm.... More

Stayed at this hotel two nights 4th and 5th May with my wife and 10 year old grandson. Everything about the hotel was 1st class and the attitude of every member of staff was both highly professional and genuinely caring. The hotel was clean, comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly staff. The check in was terrible despite being booked in advance it took over 25 minutes. Rooms were lovely though bathrooms a little below the standard of the rest of the hotel. Nice big rooms. Excellent views of St Katherines Dock and close to cheap eating in Southwark/Bermondsey and close to all the sights. Will come back but please sort out... More

The room was nice with comfortable beds... More
