Don’t be put off by the outside of this hotel. The inside is much nicer. Parking is available under the hotel for £20 a day – more if you’re not a guest. The location and views from this hotel are magnificent - The Thames and Tower Bridge, or those at the back get the marina (St Katherine’s dock). Tower Hill... More

This weekend in London was a birthday surprise. My partner booked an executive room. The room was lovely in terms of decor, comfort and view. We had extras included such as fridge with drinks/snacks, Nespresso, toiletries etc. We also had access to the club lounge with drinks, snacks, newspapers. Check in 3 pm Check out 2 pm. This hotel is in a great location with lots of eating places near by. The hotel staff are extremely helpful. We would recommend this hotel to friends and look forward to staying here again in the future. Great views of Tower Bridge and St Katherines Dock.

I have just tried to book a family room at this hotel for two adults, two year old and four year old and was informed due to health a safety reasons they would only allow one child in the family room, what exactly would they like me to do with my youngest child, how ridiculous

Don't be put off by the look of this hotel from the outisde! It is not the prettiest of buildings and is in need of a facelift with peeling paint and varnish but once inside you are in for a very pleasant stay indeed. Checkin was very friendly and efficient with the young lady asking me whether I wanted a... More

It wasn't a good first hand experience when I entered the hotel and there were 7 people in queue to check into the hotel! not something I want to see after 15 hour flight. The room that was allotted to us was very old and run down looking. the room carpet had a musky smell and the toilet was not... More

I first stayed here about 4 years ago but have stayed a couple of times in last 3 months. The hotel is definitely nothing to look at from the outside, but is very well located, at the edge of Tower Bridge on the North Bank of the Thames. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel... More

I can only to say good things about this hotel. It has been the second time that I have been accomodated at the hotel and both it has been the same. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and awsome seesight of the Tower Bridge and St Katharine's dock. Ah! the breakfast, fantastic. The second time I have been with my... More

Good points - Location Breakfast Bar with view Reception Staff Concierge Corridors Bad points - Dated rooms Booked twin beds pushed together, got a standard double. Very large room with poor double bed Shower curtain over bath! Tiles old and chipped There is strong contrast between the modern communal areas and the rooms themselves. However, would stay again as rooms... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend for an early Christmas present before we travelled home to Dublin for Christmas. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and were greeted by a a very friendly gentleman, Tom , who surprised us with an upgrade to the suite!! The room was beautiful and included a sitting/living room, mini kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and beautiful... More
