A quick business to trip - the Tower is where I always go - just a few minutes walk from the City. My most recent trip was as good as expected - staff are very efficient and always willing to help - free upgrade to a room overlooking the river was very welcome too. Breakfast was good too - prompt... More

This hotel is about 7 mins stroll from Tower Hill underground, and 5 mins from the DLR Gateway station to Canary Wharf. I used Fenchurch Street, 15 mins to catch a train out to Essex, 30 mins. Check In would be my only complaint it took abut half an hour. Once in my room, I had beautiful views of the... More

just got back from a lovely 2 night break staying at The Tower. We found the hotel to be very welcoming, stayed on the 9th floor, standard room was great, beds really comfy and rooms quiet for a peaceful sleep after a busy day sightseeing in london. Location is wonderful, views over st katherine's dock or the impressive bridge and... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night, having booked it as a 'mystery hotel' on lastminute.com, and we were impressed! Location was great, even though our room was at the back of the hotel we had a beautiful view of the docks and across to Canary Wharf. The only downside was the cost if breakfast, which was the... Me and my partner stay at this hotel on most of our over night visits to London. It's in a great location; being right on the river Thames and next to Tower Bridge. The tube station is also just up the road and you can get on and off the clipper very close to the hotel. The staff are generally... More

This is a Guoman hotel that is excellently situated by Tower Bridge in London. The staff are very obliging. The English breakfast was good, but only just about hot enough. The rooms are now looking in need of some attention. The wooden fittings need some TLC. The bathroom tiles need a steam clean or renewed grouting, nothing is worse than a... More

Stayed here for two nights for a theatre trip & a bit of shopping.Check in was very efficient, staff polite, informative & helpful. Stayed in a premier king room with access to the club lounge. Wouldn't recommend this as they don't serve any spirits and felt with a glass of wine and a cup of coffee this wasn't worth the... More

We stay here every time we are in London now. The hotel has been nicely refurbished, staff are friendly and the location cannot be beaten with being on the bank of the Thames and right next to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Tube station less than 5 minutes by foot or option to take a river taxi from... More
