The hotel is in an amazing location, 5 minutes from Tower Hill station, a stones throw from the Tower of London and the closest building to Tower Bridge. Check in was not easy due to training staff, this wasn't the issue however the member was not clear about the software and the member of staff who eventually turned up to... More

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here and it was very very good, great scenery and service would thoroughly recommend staying here. The tube is just a short walk and the Tower of London is right by it, our rooms had a great view of the tower bridge which opened while we were there.

Slight hiccup checking in was smoothly dealt with and the complimentary wine for my Birthday a nice touch. Lovely clean room and good breakfast . Would advise paying the bit extra for a Bridge... The hotel team is very nice and answered quickly to all our questions. The view from the room are very nice too. Tower bridge is illuminated by night and it's wonderful. The place is quiet and it is good for sleeping. I recommand this hotel.

Having stayed in London hundreds of times in the past 6 years I decided to try The Tower for the first time, having always been put off by the concrete, communist style façade before now and I was right to do so! A large, well staffed lobby greeted me and check in was a friendly and yet speedy affair just... More

Arrived early at the hotel and as usual too soon for a room to be ready so we told them we would return about 9 o'clock which they said would be OK. When we got to the desk they said the hotel was now full so we had to have an exectutive room for us and our friends. WOW I'm... More

We got a last minute Summer deal here and are so pleased with the choice. From the moment we booked the staff (JT) were very helpful and said would upgrade us if possible (our anniversary). We arrived about 1pm on Sat (16th) and thinking we couldn't check in we were made to feel very welcome and were upgraded to a... More
