Firstly let me mention I have been in the travel & tourism industry for 30+ years both in the UK and USA, so I have seen my fair share of hotels over the years! This property is wonderfully located, one of the reasons we selected it because we want a view of Tower Bridge which is exactly what we got,... More

A return visit to the hotel in my case. The location, directly alongside Tower Bridge and the Thames, would be very hard to beat. Welcomed by the Doorman who took my bags and had them delivered to my room. Reception was friendly, efficient and speedy. I'd booked a room with a view over the Bridge and it was well worth... More

Nice location, a reasonable sized room, but very old - made me think of the 80's a bit and the wallpaper was scratched and missing a bit on teh corners. Seems like it would have been a very good hotel about 15 to 20 years ago sadly. Staff were great though

This is a great modern hotel with first rate management and an excellent and highly commendable customer focus. The hotel has a superb riverside location and is well placed for The Tower of London, St Katherine's Dock and a host of other tourist sites. I always use it when I need a top hotel in this part of the city.... More

On London standards, the room is spacey. A bit "tired" with stained carpets and a bit wormed out. From my room I did not have a nice view, but I can imagine how from other might be very nice. The road is noisy, but the hotel is quiet. Comfortable bed. GOOD and complementary WIFI (this is unfortunately getting harder to... More

Recently stayed at this hotel which is situated almost on Tower Bridge. Our room overlooked St.Katherines Dock which was an excellent retreat in the evenings with numerous bars and restaurants.A very busy hotel but still the staff had plenty of time to see to your needs and were always very polite and helpful. The location was very good for visiting the Tower,... We stayed here at the end of August for two nights. The location was ideal and right next to the Tower of London. Check in was very efficient and concierge was on hand to take our luggage upstairs whilst we checked in. The reception area was very impressive and immaculately clean, like everywhere else we went in the hotel. The... More

I have never written a review of a hotel while actually staying in it, but I am am having such a bad experience at the Tower that I am left with little choice. On my second night, I hoped for an early night before getting up early the next day. No chance. The hotel had a Christian Gospel event running... More

I've stayed in a lot of different hotels in London over the years and this is by far the absolute worst. The lobby promises so much, but alas the hotel itself does in no way whatsoever live up to the standard. The exterior of the hotel is really the best reflection of the standard - ugly, run down and overall... More

I recently stayed at The Tower when visiting London on business. It's location was very good for both attending my event, but also for seeing some of the sights of London. My room was very well appointed and had a fabulous view over St Katharine's dock. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The only negative was the poor... More
