We recently stayed here for a week. The hotel is in a super location, right underneath the Tower Bridge and close to the subway and bus stop. The restaurant quality isn't up to scratch for the prices charged and much better options can be found close by. The staff are pleasant but there is a lack of knowledge about basic... More

I travel to London a lot and often stay over. As I need easy access to the city, this hotel is ideally situated and is the one I always ask for. The staff have been nothing but extremely helpful, the restaurant is very good but it must be said the rooms can do with an overhaul. Our company has a... More

I stayed for 2 nights while on business in the City, The location was fine for me - given the good weather I was able to walk everywhere and enjoy a lovely stroll by the banks of the Thames each evening. If weather was bad then the location might be less convenient as it is a 5/10 minute walk to... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in May. Very close to Tower Hill tube station so very easy to get around London. St Katherine's wharf area is lovely, there are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were all polite and friendly, however the computer system was down when we arrived so we had to be let into our room by... More

January - and we were after staying around the Tower Bridge area, where we had stayed the last time in London, but we weren't able to stay at the same Hotel, so went on a "lastminute..."-type website, and found a couple of "Mystery Hotels"...wow! Were we glad we did! The identity wasn't revealed until we'd made the booking, and we... More

Last stayed here in 2004 (when this was a Thistle hotel) and it was getting past it's best even then. The intervening 8 years have not been kind and this hotel is now crying out for investment. From the cracked marble floor tiles in the foyer through to the terrible state of the bedroom decor - everything needs attention. We... More

Stayed at the Guoman Tower over the weekend of the 19th May. Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was quoted at £21.00 but reduced to £12.00 as we had booked on line, so well worth it. Great view from the room, already looking forward to going back!!

The hotel would benefit from an external face lift, but do not let this put you off , we have stayed here on 4 occasions.... great staff, lovely bars with huge windows overlooking river and bridge, excellent restaurant, nice clean spacious rooms, parking underground, there is not a better location, our favourite London hotel, river cruise outside the front door.

Mrs Benny stayed in this hotel whilst visiting London for a corporate event. Hotel doesn't look much from the outside however don't let that put you off.
