Just returned from a weekend stay at The Tower Hotel in London. Would defiantly recommend this lovely hotel to fellow travellers. We got a very good deal on the internet, but when we arrived was offered an upgrade. This included a better room with fabulous views of the Thames, free mini bar, tea, and coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers etc, plus... More

We booked into the hotel as we were going on an evening River trip from Tower Pier. The hotel was right next to Tower Bridge and we had a river view standard room which was extremely comfortable. A busy hotel, there was a wedding reception taking place when we arrived , but the room was quiet. Staff were very polite... More

We stayed here after going to a silent disco at the shard. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view over the dock. The staff at reception were really friendly. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but there were two Starbucks and several cafes / restaurants nearby. The location is good - we walked to /... More

Indeed it is one of the best location the hotel is situated. Right bang on Tower bridge London and what a magnificent view from the room as if you can touch the bridge. Asked for a bridge facing which was obliged instantly. Thank you. However there were few let downs. Firstly, the housekeeping is absolutely non professional, did not enjoy... More

The Tower Hotel is located right at the Tower Bridge in walking distance of many sights in London. While the first impression of the hotel might not be the best due to the old and ugly outside, this changes quickly upon entering the nice lobby of the hotel. The rooms are relatively large and clean and while they also wouldn't... More

You feel cared for here and it's comfortable. The staff are genuinely nice so they meet your needs. The building is brilliantly positioned. Importantly there's a lot of public space so you don't get that caged in feeling when you're staying for business...

We arrived at hotel last Saturday and as others said we had to wait to check in but only a few mins and offered a glass of prosecco which was a nice touch! Room was looking out onto dock area which was nice, and so quiet !!! Ok not looking over the Thames but only in room to sleep !... More

The Guoman Tower Hotel sits in one of the most envious locations in London. Right next to the Tower Bridge and the Tower. Additionally, the hotel sits right on the banks of the Thames and behind the hotel you have St. Katherine's Dock. Lovely. If you work in the City, this is a good location with waking distance to Fenchurch... More

Stayed here when visiting family in London. Really couldn't fault it, the rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the usual facilities. My room also had a spectacular view of Tower Bridge and the hotel really is in a perfect position on the Thames. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, efficiently dealt with check in and check out.... More

The hotel is just beside the tower bridge but I find that the walk from the nearest tube to the hotel is a bit far especially if you have a luggage with you, so it is advisable that you take a taxi. I booked a room there through the hotel website because it offered cheaper price and the check out... More
