Booked a double room, bed very uncomfortable as two singles placed together. Breakfast service was very poor, i had to go find the menu and ask to be served by the waiting staff, they were too busy laying tables out. Forgot some of our order and brought toast out with no butter, again I had to get up and go... More

I needed a hotel in the city for one night. Club Quarters met my location requirements well. Got a fair price through hotels.com and the reviews seemed good. It's a fairly small hotel but well located and nicely kept. Free drinks in the lobby (coffee and water) was a nice touch. The check in process is clearly designed for the... More

Stayed here during a visit to London Tower and the London Eye. Great central location for lots of attractions, not once did we use public transport as there was so much to see when on foot. The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and the (free) fresh coffee in lounge is the icing on the cake! Would certainly stay... More

This is a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room was small but the price was low enough to make this fine. it didn't feel cramped. The gym looked good (we didn't use it but looked in) with all the usual cardio equipment and hand weights. there is complementary wifi and tea and coffee machine which was great.... More

Nice hotel with good location. We stayed a few days and the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. But the view from our room was not good. The bathroom floor was sooo cold and I still havent got my depositum back from the hotel. Has been 10 days since we stayed there. Not the best, but was a... More

We stayed for an evening on Saturday 6th Feb, and had a beautiful dinner in the Hotel restaurant. Rosa was our waitress, and she was just FANTASTIC She spent time showing us the different cuts of meat, and recommended a lovely wine to complement the rump steak She really went out of her way to make our evening very special,... Having stayed in several Club Quarters, this one follows that model. Rooms are not spacious. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom cramped. Towels and linens okay - not luxurious. Fresh water and refillable bottles near every elevator. Lobby with some snacks and cappacino machine. Instant coffee and tea bags in the room. The location, however, is excellent. A short walk from several... More

The welcome at reception from prashant was a very pleasant and friendly, I think one of my best experience, although we arrived early on New Year's Eve our Suite was ready. The room was great, but the laundry was dirty and torn, we managed the first night and in the morning, we didn't even get a chance to complain, we... More

Its a decent hotel for short stay. The food is good. Staff is courteous and friendly, It is centrally located and near to Bank and Monument station which connects most of the areas. The only drawback is the shops nearby closes early and no store including restaurants are open after 7-8 pm.

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
