We had a lovely stay at this hotel very central to mostly everywhere. Very clean, comfy beds. The breakfast could have more of a selection like some hot food would be a big bonus. Oh don't have the hotel taxi they don't have a glue where to go rip of.

We stayed here because we went to see a West end show. We decided to stay two nights so we could do a London city tour the next day. The room was fine, nice size, clean and efficient. It was a shane there was no air con, which meant either being really hot during the night, or putting up with... More

We really enjoyed are stay here, very close to Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road. The room was huge, we had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a lovely view onto the street. Lovely comfy beds, great location, breakfast was basic, but nice enough, I would defiantly stay here again.

I was very worried after reading reviews here prior to our trip and even tried to find something else but was too late (4 nights, Aug, for 5, near Oxford.). After checking in and seeingbourvapartment I was fine. Yes it is dated but it adds to the character. I did not what to stay at a large chain but wanted... More

I stayed here for one night only with my family. The hotel was in a great location with Oxford Street very close by. We had a large family room (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen) which would make a great room for a longer trip. It was neither cheap nor expensive, paying £240 for 1 night, I wouldn't pay more.... This hotel was really a bit of a 'Jekyll and Hyde'. The location couldn't be faulted for the sights we wanted to see and on arrival were pleased to learn that we'd been upgraded. The room(s) we were placed in were quite dated but it was almost as though we had our own apartment with 2 bedrooms and a small... More

On arrival hotel appeared suitable to our needs and taste, receptionist friendly. Our room had been recently painted but they seemed to have forgotten to paint any paintwork throughout hotel, windows were metal framed and wouldn't open consequently the heat was unbearable especially during the night. The furniture was well worn although room was very clean, beds very uncomfortable you... More

Stayed on business and reasonable for a central hotel in London. The room I had was on the ground floor at the rear and would advise against this as the noise from the underground was really annoying and bleak view onto other tall building or flats, would say rooms are a good size but to be honest very dated and... We stayed here on Saturday in the two bed apartment. Good location (less than 10 minutes to Oxford Circus tube station) and relatively quiet. You could hear the tube trains on some occasions, especially in the basement breakfast room but this didn't affect my sleep! The rooms were clean (if a bit dated) but didn't have any air conditioning so... More

Stayed here with my daughter-in-law and Granddaughter in a 3 bedded room. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel location was very central. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and adequate, the coffee from the machine was lovely. A very nice hotel for the price which I shall definitely be returning to.
