Spent four nights with a friend and two teenagers and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and little kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious for teens to spread their stuff around :) Beds were good too and cleaner did fine job every day. Breakfast was quite nice but good do with a bit of variation and they dont serve anything gluten free... More

Visited London for two nights with girl friends and shared a triple room. Location is brilliant, just around the corner from BBC Broadcasting House, and Oxford Street a stones throw away. Hotel very clean, rooms comfortable and a working shower. Breakfast very plentiful and enough and the staff always pleasant. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Good... More

The rooms were great size and location was perfect. The breakfast was nice however, not much variety. The hotel was close to great shops and restaurants, you just need to know what's going to be open around you as some bars are only open Monday - Friday.

Hotel was good, beds were lovely with nice firm mattress. Only issue was room was a little stuffy as there is no aircon or fans. But would definitely stay there again. Staff very friendly, and we're always happy to help.

We booked an apartment (37) for myself and my teenage daughter and her friend. Plenty of space, we each had our own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. It's not luxury, it's basic, clean, but needs a bit of TLC, a bit like staying at an elderly relatives house, however it meet all our needs for one night, it wasn't noisy or... More

If you are a family of 4 and you need a kitchen in case, you want to be in the middle of the city yet you want quite nights and pleasant sleep, this is the place for you. Front desk people, specially April & Amelia were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Location is very close proximity of Piccadilly Circle, Madam... More

The hotel is placed in a nice area (just behind BBC) where local restaurants and pubs are plenty. The subway is clearly running just below the hotel, thogh even as we had an appartment on level 1, the noise/interruption was not a problem. The trains seemed not to operate from 1-5 AM so it provided a restful night.

Great location, near main shops, BBC and Oxford Circus. Friendly staff kept rooms very clean Adequate breakfast but no option of cooked fry-up. Rooms desperately need double glazing to cut down on traffic noise and air conditioning and though plumbing was straight out of the 1960s it worked perfectly well. Beds comfortable though not enough room to store clothing.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly. Room nice, but dated. Bathroom needs to be maintained. Very little room either side of the bed. No iron in room. Good location. Do not ask staff to arrange taxi. Easier and cheaper to stand outside to do yourself. Overall great stay.
