Hilton London Metropole is nothing special really. It´s ok and fairly clean and comfy, nothing extra. Close to the tube so very easy to get aroud. Not a place I will remember. Charged us for the minibar although we never used it :( More

I wouldn't normally stay in a Hilton, but got a good deal for a 2 night stay so as I was on a course I didn't think I needed anything too special. However I was so surprised, easy and friendly check in and I was upgraded to a de-luxe in the Tower. It was a very nice room with a... More

The hotel as a whole is quite good I guess. So my rating as a whole isn't bad. But as a conference delegate the Internet connection is poor. I expect to have good internet since it is a conference hotel, and most of conference delegates is working when at a conference. But first of all it is overpriced (£10 per... More

The Hilton Metropole is a very good hotel in London. The room was spacious and is suitable even for a family of 4 persons. The hotel is very crowdy and sometimes a little noisy. There is an excellent access to public transport (tube and buses). The value for money is also very good. For all of that I really recomend this Hilton ,particullary... More

The hotel was really average. Unfortunately it is outdated in regards to furniture, and design, but since the hotel is not a new one I guess it is what people should expect when they book it. So the room was not stylish, but it was definately clean. The reception staff was extremly helpful, and since I am a great fan... More

Stayed here as part of an on-site conference. As it was busy, they arranged breakfast in a separate large room for the delegates. Service here was poor, food choice limited and not great quality. As an example - in the usual restaurant, eggs of your choice are available, yet only lukewarm scrambled that tasted awful were served. My room was... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend. We went for the weekend and enjoyed very much. The rooms were small and basic but were clean and we only stayed there for one night so it was more than fine. The staff were brilliant and always willing to help with directions to attractions. Must go and see the London Dungeons they are... More

We choose this hotel because we had an early flight on the next morning and it was a 5 minutes taxi ride to Paddington Station where we took the Heathrow Express train to the Airport. The hotel was very well kept, with spacious rooms and all the amenities. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful at all times.... More

Stayed here a couple of years ago. Hotel is stunning, all marble-y in the reception areas with big spacious rooms and nice views over London. Very close to two tube stations but I was a little freaked out to learn that the police station opposite is the one which houses terrorists! Oh well, best place for them I suppose. Breakfast... More
