Firstly all London hotels are expensive , we paid £1113.54 for two queen rooms for 3 nights for 6 of us. That didn't include breakfast!!! Which is a pain in the morning when you have kids. A breakfast was available at £12.99 per person.....no thanks. MacDonalds, Sainsburys , Pret a manger, M&E etc are 5 min walk from hotel. The... More

Came here at christmas for two nights, it was a very luxurious stay! Came to do christmas shopping! The room we stayed in was very spacious with two tvs, sofa, two double beds, wardrobe and big bathroom! beds were extremely comfortable! Big windows overlooking a lovely view of london. Breakfast was very nice and good to wake up too. Room... More

I am a loyal Hilton user (I've been a Diamond member for years) and this is the Hilton I stay in when I can't find any other one in London. The rooms are ok, though the air con is decidedly variable. The single worst thing about this hotel is the executive lounge - it is absolutely tiny, especially for what... More

Very bad service, the response time is the worst. They accommodate us in a room where the lows temperature was 23.5c, and ask for a change, 4 days later no response. The service in general takes at least 1.5 hours to respond to anything (room service, ice, shaving cream, hair dryer, even DC converters). The room service was wrong, all... More

First impressions are good. the reception and ground floor are impressive, but sadly, that is where it ends. The room was simply tired and grubby, particularly the bathroom, but also the carpet and furniture. There was also a perpetual construction noise in the background. We waited 15 minutes at the concierge desk whilst the attendant berated someone on and about... More

We arrived at 7:00 PM and our room was not ready. They did graciously allow us to eat at the hotel restaurant with a voucher while they made up our room. It was a wonderful dinner, but when we got in our room, the sheets did not appear to have been changed. There was a stain and a dirty spot... More

We spent nearly an hour at the check-in desk arguing with three different people over a disagreement with our booking and were effectively accused of lying by the abrupt check-in manager, who eventually walked off to leave someone else to resolve (I shall be submitting a full complaint to Hilton directly about this disgraceful experience). Finally, we checked in to... More

This is the worst Hilton in London and the second worst in the UK in my opinion. Lets go through this: At front desk I waited more than 20 minutes to check in just because of a massive queue. We had booked a suite and this is the only positive I can say the room was big for London. However... More

Towels so hard and worn thin I would be embarrassed to give them to guests at my own home. Shower had absolutely no pressure, water fell from gravity alone. Bathroom really needs a refresh. Surprisingly small swimming pool was very murky and only had one set of children's floatation arm bands and ring. The floatation devices look very yucky and... More

Stayed here for a weekend trip away with family -Booked a family superior room at cost of £538 for 2 nights. Was just over £300 if you booked just before so don't bother booking in advance with hilton to get a good rate!! Arrived to a half hour wait just to check in, the reception area can only be described... More
