Stayed here for three nights during the holiday weekend. Although it was a busy time there was no trouble with rooms and staff were very quick at checking you in. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size, modern and bed was really comfy. Only downfall was the bathroom as it was far too small and was not... More

I have traveled extensively for years. This hotel without question had the worse service I have ever experienced. The security staff at this hotel is aggressive and hostile. I felt like I was a prisoner and not a guest. The staff is not equipped to handle large groups or conventions. The rooms are tiny and worn. Very disappointed in Hilton... More

I've stayed five nights at Hilton, for a conference that happened there. The hotel is very big, its facilities a bit wore down, service is average (constant lines at front desk, couldn't find anyone at business center more than one time). Room was ok, comfortable bed, basic TV channels (news), not very good heating system, lacking more electricity plugs. Bathroom... More

I stayed the hotel for one night with my daughter as we were attending the World Irish Dance Championships. On checking in I asked for an upgrade but was told the room I had was excellent and there were no other rooms available. This was interesting as other guests did get upgrades! The room, a Deluxe Double was very small... More

The hotel was in a really multicultural area. Restaurant choices within walking distance were minimal unless you wanted very middle eastern type food. The staff was not very knowledgeable about the transportation situation. We booked a car to airport thought concierge and it never showed up. They were however very accommodating when we asked for a room change. Our original... More

This is a big hotel, used a lot by groups! Yes, it could use a bit of TLC., but is reasonable enough for a weekend in London. Good public transport conncections. But: wifi is free in the public areas but not in the rooms! And the breakfastroom is not big enough to accomodatethe numberof peoplestaying in the hotel, which means... More

As a Hhonors Diamond member, my standards are very high and after a wonderful experience at Hilton Heathrow T 5 we were left very disappointed and underwhelmed at this property. Upon arrival on Easter sunday afternoon, it was chaos, long check in lines, people everywhere. we were sent to wait in the executive lounge. To be fair the lounge service... More

Second stay in not-too-long. The good. Asked by email for early check-in since my flight arrived LHR @10. Perfect, smooth, friendly, courteous, efficient. I was napping by 11:15. The dude went to me was an arrogant fool and that's why he didn't get an early check-in. The staff are amazing. Clone and export them. The bad. In a word, the... More

The Irish Dance World Championships was on at the hotel and it seems that the Hotel had took on more than it was capable of dealing with. Very very dissappointed, numerous issues with lighting, air con, hot water , cold food at breakfast and payments
