I stayed at this hotel while I was in London, I stayed for two nights with my wife. The hotel was easy to find and is very near the tube station. Checking in took 25 minutes which for the time of day I did not think was too bad. The room had a fantastic view of London however it had... More

This is my favorite hotel in London. Have stayed here more than 30 times. The rooms are good in size & very clean. I always got upgraded to west wing. The breakfast is good too. The restaurants is food but little expensive. I wish I can stay again here soon.

Stayed here for two nights with my daughter as she attended a dance show. I paid for an upgrade to Executive rooms but on my 1st room offered the carpet was badly stained and furnishings scratched and not worth £200, the second room was the same with ripped upholstery etc, finally got a room on 6th floor of the west... I was disappointed with the quality of the room that we were given It was small & very crampt The buffet breakfast was delisious but I was not impressed with the efficiency of removing dirty crockery. I also felt the seating was crampt as the tables were too close together On a positive note, I was impressed with the staff... More

This is a very busy hotel. We waited 15 minutes to be checked in as they had few staff helping. When we did finally get served the young man was very apologetic and helpful. Our room had a fantastic view over London. Rooms are standard hotel rooms but a bit tired. The breakfast was good - standard buffet breakfast. Many... More

The room was very big with 2 double beds and a double sofa bed, so everyone had a good nights sleep.... More

Stayed at the Hilton Metropole London from the 27th Aug- 29th Aug 2014. The staff were fantastic, extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and the pool although small was an added bonus to the stay. My only issue with the Hotel is unfortunately the cleanliness of the bedrooms. We stayed one night in a Queen superior room which... More

My partner and I booked a weekend in London at the Hilton Metropole thinking it would be a romantic one, but we were totally disappointed and sad and thought that our trip to England had been ruined until certain staff members saved the day and changed our perception of the Hilton. Upon arrival, our room was not ready. We are... More

Stayed here in mid-August as our first stop on a 2 1/2 week vacation beginning in London. Location is excellent, near Paddington Station, and within walking distance to the underground. Breakfast and cocktail hour were great. Room and building nicely kept. We were a "no show" on the first day by accidentally booking the wrong date, but manager went above... More
