Great Hotel for shopping until you drop in London. A very big Hotel,but it does what it says on the Tin, good value, perfect location, very good service Nice bar and Restaurant, to rest those weary legs after a day out. Clean tidy rooms, friendly Staff

Excellent breakfast and a fantastic location. Only problems, the tea was cold at all breakfasts. Not enough hot water in bathrooms very poor for the money. But, for the location and variety of the included breakfast (minus the tea) I'm giving it 4 stars.

I used to stay at Thistle Trafalgar and I thought for a change will check into Thistle Marble Arch, to my surprised, room was much bigger and cheaper. Bigger hotel with many rooms and big lounge area where you can sit around and surf. Rooms come with free wifi too which is great. Location is great right in the heart... More

The fact that this hotel stands on one of the most central streets in London makes up for a multitude of shortcomings. Plus side: friendly staff, good sized room. Minus: dated, slow check-in, not enough lifts. However, overall an excellent place to stay.

Stayed here for a few nights in May and was pleased with the service. Would not call it extraordinary. The room was unable to block out noise from the outside which was very loud and breakfast was always very busy. Would recommend for short stays but not for anything more than 2 nights just due to the amount of noise.... More
