We had a lovely stay at Quality Crown, the location is great, the rooms are clean and everything works. Except the fact that the walls are quite thin, so if you are ready to bring earplugs with you, I can recommend this hotel. -Riikka, Oulu, Finland- more

Enjoyed this hotel room, keeping in mind the european standard of room sizes i didn't find it too small. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was pleasant. Stayed in an end room and didn't notice noise except the showers running and doors closing. The lift was a little tight tho :) I especially loved the location as... more

Straight up, this hotel is quite nice and what you would expect for your money. It did not however exceed my expectations, which I generally like. We booked a contemporary double because we didn't fancy the compact double, which the name suggests, would be quite small. However, we were amazed and amused by the size of the room we were... more

Having just returned from a five nights stay at the Quality Crown Hotel in Kensington we are looking forward to a good nights sleep! There is virtually no sound proofing between adjoining rooms to the extent that you can hear everything that your neighbours get up to and I mean everything, from snoring to the nocturnal activities of a young... more

This hotel is located in somewhat quite part of London. We had two rooms since it was four of us. The rooms are not too small, very clean and beds were very comfortable. The service was great and every morning I requested milk and got fresh milk for my coffee right away. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to Harrods... more

This clean modern hotel is about 500 meters from the closest tube (Gloucester road), in a decent, if unexceptional neighborhood. It is near a big Holiday Inn and Raddison, less cher, and quite close to Earls Court, if you have business there. Gl road has good pubs and cafes, but the Kensigton High Street is best for that - 5 blocks.... more

My Brother and I were on a visit to see Cat Stevens in concert. The Hotel was ideal for location as very Central. I rang before a little concerned about Parking but the friendly receptionist informed me with good recommendations of where to park. The room was very clean, tidy and well equipped. I was able to log on to... more
