We were located in a basement room in which neither the hot water or the telephone did work. It was super small and terribly noisy (we woke up at 6am because of the kitchen staff noise). When we complained, we were moved to a 3rd floor room which was perfectly nice. Honestly, I think that having rooms like the ones... More

What can I say? It's a nicely decorated hotel including the room we had but the bathroom was slightly dated. Reasonably quiet road, very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast for a continental - with fresh fruit, toast, preserves, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurt etc all available. Strong coffee. The breakfast room is in the basement and its small but cosy.... The room was TINY. We stayed in #6, which is right off the reception. It was perfect for my mom who isn't great at stairs, but had I been alone or with my boyfriend I would have requested a change. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. You couldn't swing a cat in it, that's for sure.... More

I'm a frequent visitor to London and I happened to stay at this hotel during my visit in October. It was a terrible mistake. - Bad customer service - The person on the reception at the time of check-in was unfriendly to say the least. He was apparently scared of some goon who owns the hotel. - Breakfast was cold... More

I booked this hotel as part of a theatre package deal and while it was nothing special it did the job. The location is good, a 2 minute walk from the tube station which was really useful, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs around the area. The hotel is very basic, the rooms are small and bland but the... More

The Good: Location is superb. Comfortable walking distance from UG/market. The Bad: I had booked the hotel for 20 days for a business trip and was shocked when I was allotted a room in basement. Room size is so small that you feel suffocated sometimes. However later, on request, they agreed to shift on upper floor. The Ugly: Wifi went... More

We expected a small room and it definitely was that. There was virtually no room for two people to move around at same time or to sit at the desk. However furniture was modern and the room was nicely decorated. Our room was on the 4th floor and very quiet which was just what we wanted. Good WiFi. Staff were... More

Walkable distance from Earls Court station, plenty shops and restaurants, neat and clean rooms with en-suite bathroom, left-luggage facility, free wifi and a basic continental breakfast with boiled eggs is on offer for not too fussy travelers at a great price. Stayed one night while transiting London and was happy with what I got at £65 in atrociously expensive London.

Stayed 15/16 December in Room 8. Although on the ground floor, it is tucked well away from reception and the lift, so very quiet. Booked a single room, but kindly upgraded to a double.
