Stayed here on business and the location is good but the room was poor, especially given I was upgraded. You go down into the basement and walk through a maze of passages to find your room and then its pretty disappointing. Strange 3 bed set up (the 3 bears!) and no view (see pic) other than laundry and extractors. Bar... More

The staff's politeness and friendly behaviour was the most likeable about the hotel. It's nearness to earl's court and Gloucester road tube stations was an additional benefit. The food at the coffee shop was average. over all it was ok experience.

Stayed here with a friend and my Mother and Aunt for the Festival of Remembrance. First that was some of the staff struggled to understand English, had to show my ID in the end to get the name right. The room though small was good, simple and just enough for a one night quick stop over. The shower was weak.... More

Travelled to London with my granny and found a good offer online for this hotel. 390£ for a week is not bad and the room was really clean. The only thing i had trouble with was the bathroom as its size was a bit too small. Otherwise friendly staff and great location.

My partner & I recently had a stay at this hotel, I have to say this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I'm pretty sure I checked the Tripadvisor reviews before I booked, I clearly didn't, as I'd never have stayed, looking at the previous ratings and comments! The worst aspect of the stay was the... I think the location near the Natural history and V&A has got to be the main plus, We booked what was described as a standard three bed room for myself , my son and my husband and confirm previous comments made, that these rooms are miniscule, and poor decor ( completely overdue for a refurb), more like hostel or DHSS... This hotel is perfect if you have very little intention of doing more than sleep there. We stayed for two nights and found it served our needs pretty well. The rooms are very small, you virtually need to squeeze round the bed sideways, but I had no trouble sleeping and found the bed comfy. The bar area was clean and... More

We spend a week at this hotel. Our room was on the third floor. The price inculded breakfasts: milk with cereal, toast and jam, butter and apples+ tea or coffee or jiuce. My opinion about this hotel is like this: wonderful location, the Underground station Earl's Court is quite near, just a few minutes' walk. The lobby of hotel is... More

The great location of this hotel makes up for the small rooms, poorly maintained bathrooms and overheated pokey corridors. But really the only reason to stay in this area is to get out and about with Natural History Museum, Gloucester Rd tube and Hummingbird Bakery all within walking distance. We only spent the one night (in triple room) but arrived... More

Spent a couple of nights here and would not hesitate to return. We booked a triple ensuite room. It certainly wasn't luxurious- but the room was clean and had everything you would expect including tea/coffee facilities, complimentary toiletries, t.v. ect. The beds were comfortable too. It was a bit of a tight squeeze with three beds in the room, but,... More
