We stayed in this hotel for the first night of our london stay and we had to change our hotel the next day. The main problem is related with the room. We stayed in a club room which was most of the time cold. Given the february weather with snow, it was really a challenge to sleep at nigh in... More

Would stay again. Easy access to EVERYTHING.. Museums, shopping, tube (just across the street), shops. Loved the cat in the lobby, very sleeping. Friendly staff. BUT : Very expensive internet... But there's a "Pret" across the street, with free Wifi... Water-pressure... This was kind of special - we were on the 5th floor, and the water pressure was a bit... More

Got booked here for a business meeting, but would not recommend it. Very dated, tatty decor; 20 GBP charge for 1 day of snail speed WiFi; TV doesn't work; doorman watches you carry luggage up front steps; only usable electric outlets require crawling under desk; sink lacks "integrated tap"; glasses not washed; etc., etc. I've seen worse, but this is... Stayed at Bailey's from the 26-29th of December and their Leisure for Longer deal is really good value. It is a wonderful hotel and our stay was an altogether lovely experience. I stayed at the Millenium Mayfair last time I was in London and it was brilliant but Bailey's matched that for me certainly from a service point of view... More

This is one hotel I would stay in again. From the minute we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a tube station, only 4 stops to Hammersmith and around the same to the main spots in London. Room was very nice with a huge double bed although the... More

We have never stayed here before, this was a treat for my Husbands birthday our main criteria was a London Hotel in a desirable area with on site parking. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome, I had requested a quite room with a "comfy" bed and this is exactly what we got!! the room was very clean... More

I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. lovely rooms, everyone different although most could have do with more and better positioned electric sockets. Staff are fantastic, nothing is to much trouble. Best value/location/service hotel in London. More

If your idea of a great British hotel is squeaky floorboards, endless corridors, ancient (but not quite antique) furniture and few modern amenities, then this is the place for you. As other reviewers have said, style aside, this location is hands-down fantastic. The staff are nice, helpful and they remembered my name. The lobby is pretty (if you like traditional... More

In summary – Bailey’s delivered what I was looking for. I would certainly consider staying there again, though it probably wouldn’t be at the top of my list. If I were choosing between the two neighbouring Millenium Hotels (Bailey’s and Gloucester), I’d plump for this one. I used the hotel to stay a few days over a weekend when the... More

Great location right across from Gloucester Rd tube. Easy access from Heathrow on Picadilly line (note if you have lots of bags that Gloucester Rd is not step free - there are about 15 steps from platform up to the lifts), also access to District/Circle lines. Hotel is on the older side, and rooms can vary in size and features.... More
