We stayed at the Baileys for four nights and overall impression is not bad. To recap, upon checkin we were offered an upgraded room (club room) and internet access for an extra 20 pounds per night and we took it (Internet fee is 20 pounds by itself, so internet and upgraded room for 20 pounds seemed like a deal). Even... more

Yep, that's right. This hotel charged me 23 pounds for a five minute phone call to a business less than six miles away from them. To make matters worse, they don't even bother to list the fees for phone calls next to the phone like other hotels do so that you know what you're getting into to. My bad, I... more

I just returned from a three week vacation in England, and one week at this hotel in London. I was so happy when I discovered how perfectly situated this hotel is. It is very convenient, right next to the Gloucester Street tube station, I mean right next door! You can get anywhere in London from that station and it is... more

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We found our room to be very comfortable and spacious. The location was fantastic. When we arrived at Heathrow, we took the tube straight to our hotel. It couldn't have been earier. After a long day of exploring London, it was nice to have the hotel directly accross the street from the... more

Grand looking reception area, service was slow, had to be asked to move room several times on different occasions. Noise and unsatisfactory bathroom decor finish, i.e stains etc.. Breakfast is good, dinner is expensive, wine is also expensive. more

My friend and i booked this hotel as top secret hotel on a website, getting us a really good deal, having stayed here twice in the past i knew which hotel it would be. The staff were very polite and professional. The room we had this time was much larger than anything i have been given before. The 2 beds... more

Great location. Hotel was very nice and clean but the room was small, even for London standard. Friendly staff they were very helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet. more

We stayed at the Millenium Bailey's for 6 nights in June. The hotel is respectable for the price and location but overall was just a satisfactory experience. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the hotel was prepared to accomodate us for an early checkin...we were quite pleased when we initially checked in. The staff was polite and courteous.... more

We spent 4 nights at Bailey's and while it's not a luxury hotel with a lot of amenities, it was a great hotel for the price. Lovely looking restaurant/lounge (we didn't eat there) and lobby. The most important things we look for in a hotel are cleanliness, location, and accessibility to the sights we want to visit. Bailey's was perfect.... more

This hotel is across the street from the Gloucester tube station and in an area with numerous restaurants and pubs. If you don't want to take the tube, most tourist attractions are within about a three-mile walk. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a standard room which was more than adequate. Breakfast was a buffet... more
