Was recommended this property as wanted to be within easy access of shopping areas and transportation to visit friends. As I was traveling alone, it was really important that i stayed in a place I felt safe. This hotel covered all of what I needed plus bonus of having such friendly staff, very comfortable room, bed + pillows lulls you... More

I stayed at the Millennium Knightsbridge for 1 night with my husband and our 5 year old son over half term. I booked this hotel without looking on Trip Advisor which I never normally do! I was seduced by the club room and the children's concierge "Ask Alfred" Once booked it dawned on me that I should check out the... More

Stayed in this hotel last week for 2 nights as I was attending a conference in the hotel. Bad choice! The hotel decor is very dated, bed room is small, check-in was shambolic. Two real negatives, 1) I was on the seventh floor, window appeared to be single glazed and with a busy road outside it was very noisy. The window... More

The hotel is in a really good location, but the rooms are not perfect, old fashion rooms, they are not perfectly cleaned and not everything works. On my room the lights didn't work properly, tried to make a cup of tea, didn't work either. The food on the restaurant is really expensive and the food is average nothing amazing, second... More

We've been staying at the Millennium for about 5 years on regular trips to London. Sadly, our most recent stay will likely be our last. The hotel has not kept up with maintenance or updates - the room we were in, despite being one of the "superior" ones, looked tired as did the public spaces of the hotel. I can... More

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you feel we have not maintained our maintenance programme. We have recently completed the installation of flat screen televisions and wireless internet in all of our bedrooms and have a rolling plan in place for general building up-keep. I would be delighted to discuss this with you, should you wish... More

The location, facilities and the service of this hotel is excellent. I had first a room on the 3rd floor, which was so noisy from traffic I couldn't sleep, but when I complained about it they gave me a room on the 11th floor with a wonderful view. The staff is very helpful and attentive and the concierge service was... More

I stayed at this hotel on Jan 24-27 and Feb 1-3 this year. The location is very near to Harrods and Knightsbridge train station. The room on my first stay was not as big as I thought but the service provided by the staff were excellent. There are two professional concierge in the hotel which has an excellent knowledge of... An experience that was less than thrilling. Booking in at 4 pm our rooms were not ready and took another 45 minutes to be cleaned. The fixtures and fittings are tired, and the prices are astronmic (Ok it is central London but £5 for a coffee!). Its on Sloane Street which is a great location but surely the prices demand... More

I booked a 2 night stay at the Millennium Knightsbridge through Expedia. The hotel is located in an upscale area of London, within walking distance to Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace and other awesome places to visit. If walking isn't your thing, the tube station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. My hotel package included a full... More
