An experience that was less than thrilling. Booking in at 4 pm our rooms were not ready and took another 45 minutes to be cleaned. A Beautiful looking hotel in a wonderful location. We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming concierge name Paulo Villar, he was very helpful with everything through out our stay.
