Very helpful staff on desk at the Holborn block, Huge room, immaculately clean, if a little shabby around the edges. Great if seeing a show and easy to get to a huge range of restaurants and bars. Extremely comfy bed and piping hot shower. Great for a long weekend.

Stayed for 3 nights in Sept 2014. Check-in is prompt and the room was clean with a very comfy bed. The location 1 minute from Covent Garden and 5 mins from Tottenham Ct Rd tube is excellent. The rating of the hotel was effected by the noisy plumbing which seems to buzz throughout the hotel every time some uses the... More

Conveniently located budget hotel - nothing special, but clean and comfortable rooms. Better if you can to stay in the High Holborn block rather than on Drury lLane - having stayed in both my impression is that rooms in the former are more spacious and better kitted out, eg bath as well as shower. Don't expect luxury or even average... More

It's a Travelodge. There's not much more to say. It's functional, and I had a decent night's sleep. Huge room (could have played tennis in it). Stains on the bathroom ceiling from a previous water leak, but I didn't notice until the second day. Aesthetics though.

If you are using this hotel for business then it's clean and it's a room with a bed If you are visiting London on holiday for a treat then spend a few more pennies as this is a converted office block and pretty bland. Upside is location and that's all that's really going for it.

Horrendous stay!!!! Found bed bugs/fleas sharing my bed at 2am in the morning!! Caught three and at least another 8 running free!! Given old, run down room as alternative at 3am!! The next day given another room after asking. Third room had excrement round toilet seat and bowl .Reception staff on the night of finding the bugs apologetic but the... More

Very friendly and helpful staff and comfy clean rooms. Only problem was ended up spending money on mobile trying to sort out wi fi and yet paid in advance! Would stay again even with that issue cause never had really bad night at travelodge

We were originally booked to stay in the Kings Cross Travelodge but they had no family rooms due to improvements so the staff found an alternative Travelodge which was the Covent Garden one. They also provided us with complimentary drinks at Kings Cross and a free mini-cab ride to Covent Garden. It is in a great central location. We had... More

Stayed here beginning of September 2014. Have stayed here before as the location is excellent. This hotel offers great value for money. The upgraded rooms are excellent. Staff very helpful. We had to ask for our room to be serviced but this was done within minutes of our request and with profuse apologies. The all you can eat breakfast is... More

I was pleasantly surprised at he cost of the hotel with breakfast. We booked in the afternoon and arrived in the evening on a Friday and stayed for 2 nights. Great location, close to Soho, Madame Tussards and Leicester Sq. Allowed us to do tourist attractions easily as within walking distance to each area we wanted to see. Baker Street... More
