Very efficient and attentive concierge however room very small and average for what we paid. We also brought a bottle of champagne with us to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and I was extremely disappointed to be charged for use of an ice bucket... Just felt anything extra with the room came at an unreasonable cost... Otherwise great location and... More

This is a perfect location. Walking distance to great shopping on Regent, great restaurants, and tube station. The door man was so helpful in getting a taxi when needed. The desk staff was friendly other than one lady who was less than friendly. Room was clean and had good space. Food was good but pricey. Would definitely stay here again!

I left a review for this hotel around 12 months ago stating that we had stayed before without any issues but that that particular visit was not too good because of the room. We decided to give the Mandeville another try and it genuinely did seem like a different hotel. It has a new Manager, Phillipe, and I suspect his... More

The staff at the hotel make you feel at home. They are very caring and the hotel itself is excellent. Excellent location. Choose the executive rooms as they are larger and offer more room space. This was our 4 visit to this hotel and it has become our preferred choice of stay.

The Mandeville is a stones throw from Marylebone High Street and Selfridges. It's central but quiet, elegant but not stuffy, with good service. We stayed for a weekend - perfect for a short escape to London. Free internet in the rooms, clean and comfortable.

Excellent location right next to Oxford St and 2 minute walk from Bond St tube station. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are on the small side, however the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom door was frosted glass which may be ok if you share with your partner, however you may need to take this into consideration if... More

The location is great, just off Oxford street near Bond street tube station, (noting that the Jubilee platforms are currently close) the staff are friendly and the accommodation is good. The best thing about the hotel is the beds, very comfortable. Oh and get a deal in the rate, as there are some good room rates available.

Very good location, very good service. Don't go for the smallest rooms but the next size up are very comfortable. The Marylebone High St provides lots of excellent eating choices and very close to good shopping and lots of transport choices.

The mandeville apparently belongs to a middle-eastern owner and genrally attends to this demanding clientele. While not completely to my taste the hotel was fine and my room ok-sized by London standards. I was akwardly asssigned a room for the handicaped with very low wash basin, high toilet seat and a walkin shower. While ot felt a bit strange (especially... More

Excellent and knowledgable staff. Centrally located and close to major London attractions. The rooms are fantastic and relaxing. Definitely one of the finer hotels in London and highly recommended. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
