I stayed at the Mandeville for one night in August 2014. Great location just off Oxford St, practically on the back of Selfridge's. The decoration is tasteful and my room was gorgeous. Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room but there was an espresso machine with beautiful cups, which I didn't use as I never drink coffee. I believe... More

I just love this hotel and I recommend it 100% for a stay in London. It has a central location, you basically can walk everywhere! I love the room they assigned me. it was quite big for a hotel room in Europe. It was so beautiful and charming that I didn't want to leave my room. The only problem was... More

My wife and I spent three nights at the Mandeville in late September. The room was on the smallish side (but not atypical for London), and very nicely appointed. Very clean and modern. I wasn't a fan of the frosted door to the bathroom, but I suppose it did make the bathroom space lighter. The staff were all very attentive... More

I admit I have a soft spot for The Mandeville. For sure there are better hotels in London and certainly there are hotels with more glamour and character but I still always leave this hotel with a smile on my face. For starters the location, on a quiet street just behind Selfridges on Oxford St is fantastic. The staff are... More

The location couldn't be better and the Mandeville is beautiful, well-maintained, and met our expectations. We had a nice sunny room and got great sleep in the peace and quiet. Aside from a few little touches (check out the paintings in the lobby), it could have been any small nice hotel in London -- we would have liked more character... More

My friend and I had a lovely weekend in London which was made all the better by our stay in this lovely hotel. We arrived about 10:30 to check in and leave our bags while we went away for the shopping/sightseeing. We didn't expect our room to be ready but were happily surprised to find it was which we were... The Mandeville is an amazing hotel for a short weekend break. The rooms are on the small side, especially when you look at the price you're paying. BUT you can hardly be more central plus that bit of luxury that you're getting it's worth it. Loads of restaurants and bars just across the road, not to mention the Shopping on... More

Great location, walking distance to Oxford street. Superfriendly and helpful doorman and concierge. The King room I had was on a corner and had great double sided view. Clean delicate bathrooms. Only two issues: 1) MAJOR PET PEEVE - cleaning personell entering your room when the do not disturb sign is up 2) Expensive and quite terrible breakfast. A cafe... More

Just back from a lovely one night stay at the Mandeville Hotel, fantastic hotel in perfect location, minutes walk away from Oxford Street and Bond Street tube station so really easy to get around London. On arrival was greeted on Sat morning by a lovely friendly man on reception, we were early to check in but asked if we could... More

I love this hotel because of the location. The breakfast isn't good though. We decided to eat out instead. The staff is friendly, maybe overfriendly sometimes. The rooms are in good sizes in my opinion. It is London, I feel like every hotel room is small there. I would go back if I had the money.
