I have stayed here twice in the last year with my boyfriend and would definitely recommend it. Booked a studio suite and was definitely worth the price - very spacious room, lovely comfy bed and nice seating area. Welcome tray includes water, extra toilettries, also you get two magazines - one for men (think it was GQ) and one for... more

Me and my Fiance stayed at this hotel for 2 nights whilst coming to London to see Les Miserables and it was great! located right beside Baker Street Tube station \nd is easy walking distance approx 5-10 mins to Oxford Street. We were offered an upgrade on arrival we had previously booked without breakfast and were offered for an extra... more

Just spent six nights at the Sherlock Holmes in London and like the actual trip it was a mixed bag. First the pluses...excellent location with easy access to public transport, eateries, and shopping. The room was a good size and the location is quiet. The towels are also super big which may seem like an odd comment but that stood... more

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It is in a great location - it has a wide range of eateries on either side of its premises, on Baker Street, and is very close to the Baker Street Tube station, which is well serviced by a number of underground lines. It's also very close to a Giraffe restaurant,... more

Very quiet and reasonably stocked rooms with good amenities. Great location for visiting London. The breakfast was average and nothing extraordinary. more

I Booked this through last minute.com as a secret hotel deal as I noticed they had a spa. When I found out the name of the secret Hotel which turned out to be the Sherlock Holmes, i checked out the reviews on the trip advisor website which I regularly use. After reading so many negative comments about this hotel I... more

The location is fantastic - 2 mins from Baker St stantion, Madame Taussauds etc. and less than 10 mins walk from Oxford Street. Front door opens into scruffy bar area, with the hotel reception behind it. Hotel area much more plush. Reception staff courteous and attentive. Complimentary bottle of wine. Room very nice, but overlooked by oher rooms, so had... more

The hotel is ideally situated near Bakerstreet underground station, servicing four lines (Jubilee, Circle, Bakerloo and Hamersmith & City). The balance between price and quality is ok. We arrived early in the morning and we could check in immediately. Don't expect much from the executive room but I expect it's a little more spacious than a deluxe room. The bathroom... more

We had booked an executive (which was supposed to have bath robes, mineral water, fruit basket etc...) non smoking double room with full breakfast. When we arrived at 1.30pm, they said our room wasn't ready and so we would have to come back later, while this was inconvenient, it's not unusual so we didnt think anything else of it. However,... more
