My mum and I stayed here for three nights from the 14th August. Our stay was perfect. We managed to book accommodation at a discounted rate, otherwise, this accommodation may have been a bit too expensive for our budget. Twin beds - perfect white starched sheets and a choice of two different pillows. The room was very clean, large enough... More

My husband and i stayed here for a weekend and loved it. It is perfectly situated to get to all attractions easily. The room was spacious and the night turndown service was a lovely touch. The food here is excellent and not overly priced which was a surprise. We would definately stay here again, what a wonderful treat it is.

While the location of this hotel was great, it lacked many aspects that could have made it a tolerable stay. -The hotel front desk has a consistently long wait even at odd hours. -Hotel restaurant is not worth visiting even factoring the connivence of it being on the same floor as our room. -While hotel staff was generally kind (with... This is a big hotel in a great area. It's not terrible, but we had all kinds of problems when we checked in which is factoring into my rating. If you're looking for something right in Piccadilly, this could be a good option. But, I worry that the staff wasn't very helpful or friendly. We checked in at 8pm and... More

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. That's where the positive review ends... Room was a disappointment; musty odor, tub drain broken and on the floor, older bathroom with dirty/mildew covered and broken grout, broken toilet paper roll, no view, no upgrade despite SPG status. Lack of outlets in room and tiny TV make the room feel very old as well.... More

I am even platinum member of starwoods hotel group . Le Meridien Piccadilly is not like other Le Meridien Hotels I visited till this time . I think Because of they have very good location in London they have already good demand and never cares about customer needs. You can wait even hours and hours for check in . You... More

Reception in this beautiful period building has been jazzed up with monochrome and red, designer lighting and funky desks. Our room was on the fourth floor, where the lifts were annoyingly difficult to make behave and I'm sure many guests are spending more time than they should in them, travelling up and down trying to get to their destination! The... More

Good hotel, kids eat for free and is close to regent street and the tube station! Enjoyed this hotel a lot. This hotel was also very fun because, it was close to Saville row. Saville row is where they filmed Kingsman. If you looked for a shop called huntsman on Saville Row, you'll see a sign that says Hunstsman. It... More

Stayed here in May with several issues. Invited to contact Sergio Leandro, (Manager) to discuss. Tried telephonically leaving messages - no reply! Wrote personally with further details- no reply! If you have a complaint, keep it to yourself, no-one in management is interested.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great hotel. The room was clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Housekeeping cleaned the room each day, and we got fresh towels and such. The best part about this hotel is definitely the location. In the middle of the city center, and a close walk to all the shopping streets... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
