We stayed here to celebrate are 7th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing time and couldn't fault anything. The staff were so very friendly and ever so helpful. They went out of there way to make our stay special leaving champagne in our room on arrival and leaving rose petals and chocolates in our room for us to find after... More

Booked this hotel for wedding anniversary and mainly because of its location...which is perfect if you are visiting the West End. Although I booked and paid for it on lastminute.com when I arrived they had allocated us a twin room...it was our wedding anniversary so not ideal! The girl on the front desk went out of her way to find... More

Was recommended this hotel by a friend because of it's wonderful location and it did not disappoint. easy to get to major sites by either walking or taking the tube. We were able to walk to several great restaurants for dinner each night and breakfast places in the morning.

Stayed here on numerous occasions with total satisfaction but this trip was just awful. This hotel is in an excellent location but unfortunately that is all that can be said until the owners make a substantial investment in refurbishment. This trip unlike previous was to celebrate a special occasion which turned out to be quite a disaster. Rooms were awful... More

As always with my reviews, straight to the nitty griity..... The Good: 1. LOCATION: Great location. 1 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus, opposite Green Park and Regent Street is behind the hotel whilst New Bond Street is a minutes walk. If your a tourist, the location doesn't get much better. 2. STAFF: Couldn't fault them. All very friendly and welcoming.... More

Twin room booked with 3rd party but when arrived only king size bed available suggested we share!! Was surprised when turned down the offer of a small, fold up 'Z' bed as a second bed. If we had wanted to share we would have booked a double. We ended up having to share (had to stack pillows between us as... More

Stayed at this hotel last weekend with my sister and really enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely and the staff really friendly. Yes, as other travellers have commented the interior walls are quite thin and we could hear noise of people leaving their rooms, but no worse than anywhere else we've stayed. The room with immaculate, with twin beds and... More

This hotel is very close to Piccadilly Circus, and was a short walk from the tube stop. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly. The layout of the hotel is a bit strange when you're walking in your room in that there are turns and a few steps, so travelers with roller luggage may have a... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
