I don't really know what to say we definately had a mixed experience at this hotel. The hotel is absolutely stunning from the outside, its a beautiful building in a great location. We arrived at the Waldorf as part of the final leg of our journey from Italy, we had set off from Italy at 11am, got a taxi to... more

We stayed at the waldorf Hilton for 1 night in March 2008 to see a show in the Novello theatre. The hotel is expensive but is well located to cater for the theatre district and Covent Garden. Nearest tube station is Covent Garden about 5 mins walk away. Hotel is next door to the Novello Theatre (see photos) You can... more

I spent a week at this hotel recently. Arrived quite early in the morning and the room was available - though as Hilton Gold VIP members - they just had an ordinary room for me, but promised to move me the next day. The regular room was decent, - but had the glass shower and bathroom doors - I had... more

I stayed at the Waldorf for TEN nights while on a business trip. I waited a week to write this review because I am still ambivalent about it. Which no doubt accounts for the mixed reviews. First--I booked a twin as I was on business with a colleague and we thought that at USD500 per night we could get somewhere... more

My family and I just returned from a 10 day trip through London, Paris and Normandy. I was a bit hesitant being that this was an older "rehabed" hotel but fear not! I was very pleased with the hotel...it was completely renovated and restored! Unlike some rehabed hotels...the Waldorf did and excellent job! The staff was wonderful! They upgraded one... more

It was my daughter's birthday so we took a trip to london and since her father is still stuck in the era of Eddie Murphy and the movie "Coming to America" he booked us into the Waldorf Astoria on Aldwych. We got in very late at about 1am and didn't have any problems checking in. The service and the room... more

IAfter a 10,000 km flight, knew this was going to be a great stay. The Executive Lounge Happy Hours (ie free house pouring brands of liquour ia the... more

We have just spent one night in the Waldorf and got a very good deal for such a nice hotel. You can't beat the location and as everyone else says the staff were great. The room was lovely and the air con meant we didn't need to brave the traffic noise by having the windows open. I believe the hotel... more

I used my Hilton Honor points to book this hotel and the service was wonderful!!! The executive floor lounge was great and offered free breakfast, afternoon tea and internet access. With the American dollar being so low, it was great savings! The hotel is centrally located, rooms are clean and a good size and we were also given an upgrade... more
