Had dinner here Easter Weekend - first time here!! Food was ok but nothing to write home about - service was first class! Would i go back - probably not! Didnt have the atmoshphere i was expecting - for me there was just something missing - couldnt put my finger on it! Very ordinary!

Visited the hotel for afternoon tea and have to say it was beautiful! Staff were very friendly and on hand at all times! The choice of teas was good and we were able to change the sandwiches when we saw there was salmon, as not able to eat it, there was no problem with this. Overall lovely experience!

We stayed five nights. Hotel locatio is superb - close to Covent Garden with many restaurants and shops nearby. Deluxe rooms are very good - room size veries, between relatively small to spacy. Breakfast is faboulus. Fitness room and small pol are awailable. Service of staff is very freindly. Only catch - room rates are very high.
