This was a great location where our hosts put us up for our business trip. The facilities for our event in the hotel were very nice, the staff was friendly and the location was so close to so many sights and restaurants.

One of the most convenient placed hotels we stayed at. Close to almost all of downtown London and easy walking distances. Particulalry Theatres, The Strand,Covent garden,Big Ben. Westminster, 7 Dials and so on. Staff well versed on London and extremely kind and helpful. A bit expensive so look for specials, totally worth it.

My family and I stayed for four nights in a Junior Suite on the 8th Floor and an Executive Suite on the 4th Floor. Both rooms were lovely, recently refurbished and spotlessly clean. We were initially a little disappointed that the Junior Suite on the eighth floor didn't have a separate shower cubicle but the over- bath rainforest shower was... More

I really recommend the Charleston Tea Dance/ Afternoon Tea. What a fantastic event! A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in a stunning location that is perfect for a family trip, hen party, birthday present and much much more. There is a fabulous dance performance by twin sisters that really kick start the event with some humorous choreography and stunning costumes, there is... More

Wonderful 2 night stay 16-18th May 2015. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Everything is spotless. A special mention to Ferooz Yaqubi (Duty Manager) for his excellent attention to detail and making our weekend unforgettable. We will be back very soon

This delightful downtown London hotel celebrated its 100 years anniversary in 2008. It combines the glory of the Victrian era with modern comfort and amnesties. The rooms are elegant as well as cosy. The service is excellent and ' classy'. Guests can enjoy a delicious English breakfast from a generous buffet with a seating choice in a ' palcial '... More

Lovely staff and clean rooms. Everything you could possibly want right were you need it to be. The only problem we had was when we ordered room service, it was a little cold and unfortunately they forgot the sauce but not something to put me off returning.

I stayed there for 3 days on business trip. Location is excellent - nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, but hotel itself is very quiet. The pool is very interestingly designed - old roman style. Stuff is excepionally friendly, every time I was coming back to the hotel and... More

We only stayed for one night and must say the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have experienced at any hotel before. A lovely nights sleep in a clean and spacious room. The only negative we had was the eye watering price of the wi-fi and mini bar. All in all a great experience.
