Stayed here St Patrick's weekend. We were looking for a city centre hotel so we could explore London without having to do much travelling. The hotel is modern, clean and very central. Picadilly, circus, 3 mins, Oxford ST. 10 mins, Chinatown 5 mins, Leicester square 2 mins, Soho 5 mins, The london Eye 12 mins, Buckingham Palace 20 mins. Very... More

What hotel at this price nowadays does not have a mini bar in the rooms???!!!!!! Also very very bad room service.we had to ask the... More

I went to this hotel on the 19th of July with my family for one night. It was THE perfect location for a short city trip, in the middle of the life of London. The rooms were perfectly clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. The room was well isolated, so no or little noise from outside. Sadly no... More

This was our second visit, this time in high season so prices and rooms were at a premium. The location is excellent, between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square so we made the most of walking to tourist areas, from Marble Arch to the South Bank, Trafalgar Square to Covent Garden, and of course Parks, and saved a little on transport.... We stayed for 4 nights during the recent very hot spell. London at 30 deg is not the most comfortable place to be. Thank goodness for our lovely climate controlled room. A cool oasis to return to each evening. A mini fridge would have been the perfect addition. But that is really the only thing that could have improved our... More

If your trip is for the purpose of visiting west end theater you won't find a better location right off Leister Square It is also an easy walk to The National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery. Rooms have been updated and staff is friendly. The lobby area is very small, so unlike some some hotels there is really no... More

Quiet, modern rooms right next to Leicester square - with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The rooms are not a bad size for London - and appear to have been recently refurbished. I stayed on around 15 occasions last year - my only complaint is that twice I was woken by fire alarms and made to evacuate the hotel... More

Great location, on Leicester Square. Nicely refurbished hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Fantastic for tourists as it is right in the heart of theatreland and very easy from here to go to all the main tourist spots.

It doesn't get much more central than this so be prepared for massive crowds in the summer months. The hotel is clean and the staff very professional and extremely helpful, they were very keen to impress. I think it offers good value for where it is and I thought the rooms were a reasonable size considering. Excellent, powerful shower albeit... More
