First of all if you are looking for a hotel in a central London location, then look no further. The every hotel Piccadilly is located equal distance from Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus tube stations. Both are no more than a few minutes walking distance. I booked the hotel for my partners birthday, and at the time asked if we... More

This place was just fantastic. We stayed on out Anniversary and on arrival we had room upgrade, Chocolates and a decent bottle of Prosecco chilled within a jug of ice. Free soft drinks in the fridge, a real (Proper) Iron and Hairdryer. Wonderful views and complete soundproofing which i was concerned about as the streets below are very busy day... More

Just returned from a weekend break, Every hotel is a fantastic base for working your way around the various attractions of London. We took a black cab from Kings cross, it cost £11 which was far cheaper than getting the tube. Once we were at the hotel we did not need to use public transport because you are so central... More

Thistle hotels don't have a great reputation in the UK but they have begun to modernise and rebrand some London hotels under the every hotel brand. This is the first of these and what a difference from the old tired hotels. This is simply the best value hotel in central London. The rooms are quite spacious for central London you... More

We stayed here for 1 night on 27/8/15. Superb central location, situated on a side street between Piccadilly & Leicester Square. Close to Chinatown, Soho & a great range of pubs & sites. We took the Heathrow express to Paddington, then took the Bakerloo line directly to Piccadilly station. It took less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel by... More

Before we stayed on 12.8.15 we were given a courtesy call to ask if we had any special requirements which was a nice touch. We were attending a show at the Queens Theatre Shaftesbury Ave and the hotel was only three minutes walk away so was ideal. The room was a deluxe double and was spacious with a lovely walk... More

This was our first trip to London, and we had heard so many different things from different people about where to stay. Funnily enough, no-one said Piccadilly... however when having a look on Google maps, it seemed like the most central place to stay - and it was! I think anywhere within a couple of minutes of Trafalgar Square is... More

This hotel used to be part of the Thistle chain and we stayed there several times in the past and although we felt it was a bit dated, the location couldn't be faulted. It sits between Picadilly and Leicester Square, with Chinatown and theatre land just steps away. We decided to give it another try as an Every hotel and... More

We decided to stay here because of the location. We were delighted with our choice, this hotel is in a prime location for the theatres and tube stations. The staff were helpful and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We had told the hotel at the time of booking that... More

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
