My wife and I spent one night here this week after a meal at a Spanish restaurant. On the positive side this Hotel was clean and in an excellent location, with Trafalgar Square in one direction and the embankment in the other, both just a couple of minutes walk away. Covent Garden is about ten-fifteen minutes walk away. At the... More

The hotel is centrally located, close to the trains, tube, the West End, Theatreland and lots of tourist attractions. The rooms are designed apartment style with decent kitchen facilities. The downside of staying here is that light housekeeping is only offered once a week. I had a room overlooking Northumberland Avenue and have no complaints about the noise.

Best choice if you are the first time to London, it closes to tube and national train station, easy walking to major attraction. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped kitchen; comfortable bed. The staffs are well trained and friendly. Downside is the hotel internet only allows 4 devices to login into the wifi, we have 3 people and... More

This hotel looks good, fitted with clean hard wood floor (I hate carpet), and the location is superb. However, 3 reasons that I'll never stay there again: 1. I guarantee you that you'll never have a peaceful night if you stay in one of the rooms facing the street. The windows are paper thin, you feel like you are sleeping... More

Loved this hotel! First of all the location is great! It is walking distance to many of the important monuments in the city. The apartment was very comfortable and very convenient to have a kitchenette for the kids to be able to have a snack. It has a laundry room where there are several washers and dryers (not many dryers... More

The hotel location places you at the heart of visitor choices ... most within easy walking distance; Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Imperial War Museum (with Churchill's War Room), the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. The hotel's extended stay amenities (refrigerator, microwave, stove top) were perfect for our style. No restaurant or room service at this location, which was... More

The location/price ratio is outstanding. For the price and location I would have expected a terrible hotel. It is not by any means terrible. As a matter in fact it seems to be better than other hotels in worse locations for higher prices. We got lucky and paid 111 pounds/night. This is apparently a really great price, normally at the... We've now stayed multiple times in a Citadines aparthotel. For our latest visit to London we chose Citadines Trafalgar square for the location. This hotel is right in the center of London and although we don't do the normal tourist stuff this hotel's location is perfect to go and visit all the sights. As always a very nice room with... This modern apart-hotel has a perfect location: so close to two tube stations (Charring Cross and Embankment), close to the Embankment Pier (where you can get a boat to Greenwich), close to some of the most popular sights of London (National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, Trafalgar Square, London Eye, Embankment Gardens etc), just a few blocks from Covent Garden and... Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
