I always seem to leave London with a grudge list from any hotel - not this time though! Good experiences at Citadines Trafalgar started before checking in with concierge Alfredo assisting with a luggage transfer. When I did finally arrive, the room was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. The décor is modern and everything worked. I was particularly impressed with... More

I booked this hotel knowing that I was only going to be here for one night as I was just passing through London. With that being said I wanted something close to the train station (Charing Cross) as well as near the main touristy spots, so this hotel was perfect for that. As per the hotel itself, I was skeptical... More

We stayed for five nights in April 2014, our third stay at this property during the past six years. The location is unbeatable and most facilities are good. This time, however, we made the serious mistake of booking the "Studio Club" option, assuming that it would provide us with a higher standard apartment. The additional cost was £34 per day,... More

You can't get a better location, especially for first time visitors to London. Exit the lobby, walk 5 minutes to your right: Charing Cross, the Strand, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall. Walk even less to your left: the Thames, Jubilee Bridge, and easy walking access beyond to the South Bank. All you need in terms of food to pick up--even a small... More

Most accommodation in London is cramped unless you have money for a suite. We picked this serviced studio based on price and got a lot more for our money. We had booked for the Holborn property but due to essential maintenance they moved us to Trafalgar the day before. It worked well for our plans so no worries there and... More

Reasonably priced. Stones' throw from Trafalgar Sq and Whitehall. Clean, well-furnished room. Well-stocked kitchenette. Room light and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially with regards to the travel cot they provided and assembled.

I stayed in this hotel for one night with a friend (in a twin) on a theatre trip. We paid less than £100 for the room and it was immaculate - clean and comfortable. I don't think you could ask for more in such a central location (2 mins from Trafalgar Sq) for such a great price. The rooms have... More

Dear Reviewer Thank you for posting a review of your recent stay at Citadines Prestige Trafalgar. I am glad you had a good time with us, and enjoyed our central location. In regards to breakfast it is £12 for a continental buffet, so for central London accommodation the price is relatively low, but I hope your friend enjoyed his freshly... More

This hotel was in a great location (very close to a tube station), the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was quiet. The room was as described - a 2 bedroom unit with 1.5 bathrooms, a living area and kitchenette. This sounded lovely for our family of four. However, the room was bizarre - the only toilet... More

I booked 2 rooms (Studio Premier Apartment & One Bedroom Apartment) at the end of February. The hotel is a great location in London, just up from the Thames and couldn't be better if you are visiting London with family and need a central location. There is a great 'Sherlock Holmes' pub next to the hotel which is very friendly... More
