We stayed at the Citadine near Trafalgar Square this month when we visited London and it was a great experience. The hotel is very centrally located. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and sites and there is an unerground station nearby. It was very reasonably priced and our room (which included a small kitchen) was clean,... More

The hotel is in a great location and a perfect base for business or tourism. The problem I have is that as a single female traveler I returned to find my hotel room door open having been out all day. I initially thought that housekeeping must be in the room but the room was empty. All my belongings had been... More

Situated between 2 metro stations, 2 minutes walk from Trafalgar square and 5 minutes from Big Ben, makes it ideal for sightseeing of central london. The rooms are quite small but newly refurbished and well equipped. Very nice idea providing free coffee at the main hall. Plenty of eating choices just nearby and telco- boots for the essentials are just... More

Since the remodel was finished this place has become one of the best deals in Central London. I, for one, am tired of paying for hotel "services", e.g., overpriced spas, surly bellmen, and arrogant concierges, that I don't use anyway. Citadines Trafalgar Square gives you a huge, freshly-remodled room a block from Trafalgar Square. Throw in a kitchenette (all I... More

It is all about location with this hotel. My husband and three teenage children had a 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. The apartment itself was slightly strange in layout, and a bit cell like...but newly refurbished. Close to two tube stations and a walk to many of London's famous landmarks. I would happily stay there again.

Stayed May 2nd to May 4th. Reception area is divided into three sections and ALL the rooms/apartments seem to have been refurbished. I arrived before the official booking in time but was allocated a room (411). Room has wooden floors, a very comfy double bed, a modern chair and nest of tables, a kitchen area with breakfast bar in black... More

I will definitely be staying at this hotel again – mostly due to its terrific & vibrant location & its newly refurbished apartment-like hotels. We stayed there for 5 nights, upon arrival I must say that I was very much impressed with the hotel. From the moment you walk into the lobby the design impresses you, the ceiling, the eye... More

It is pricey but worth every penny for the experience to have a small kitchen and have a taste of the local goods available at the nearest market and prepare a late night english tea. Great location, just a few steps to the tube and the Trafalgar Square. However the room was a little bit noisy (I could hear the... More

Stayed here for one night at a bargain £120. Got this deal through Tivago. Nice studio room - excellent location a short walk from Trafalgar Square - free coffee in reception lounge - nice big bed - decor a little tired - will go again - smart.

This was my second stay at The Citadines Prestige Trafalgar Square and it is a perfect place to stay when visiting London. For two nights at £288 it is great value for money especially where it is situated on (Northumberland Avenue). On our visit we were lucky enough to get tickets to go and see the Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition... More
