Being more accustomed to staying at Travelodge, we were expecting to see a slightly higher standard at Premier Inn. When we walked into our room, which was so tiny there was scarcely room to walk around the bed, our expectations were immediately dashed. The room was very hot and stuffy, but there was air conditioning, so we set it going... More

This hotel was good value for money. By booking ahead, the daily rate was very competitive for London. The room was a reasonable size and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food on offer. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Ravenscourt Park tube station is just three minutes walk from the hotel... More

Thought the location of the hotel was great. A couple of minutes to the tube and very cheap accomodation for London. Me and my son were down for the England game and checked in just after 2.00pm only to find that our requested twin room was still a double and had a cot next to the bed. I informed reception... Staff were really helpful and friendly they went out if there way to help. Problems with parking as only eight spaces and cannot reserve. Also if you pay for parking and need to drive your car anywhere you will lose the space even after paying £15 for the space. Not comfortable beds at all but we did have family room... More

We stayed here on the 3rd April during a visit to London. Worth pointing out that it is not ideal for access to London as it's via overland train prior to underground. Very well positioned for Westfield shopping centre though. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn...bit small though. Staff were... More

As usually, Premier Inn kept its promise and provided a good night sleep... It can do with double glazing, but otherwise fine. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends & family. You may wish to try it for yourself!

We have stayed at this hotel several times because of its location and parking facilities. It is two minutes walk from the tube station, 5 minutes walk from the river Thames, great all round hotel with the comfort and standards that you would expect from a Premier Inn. Excellent breakfast, a bar and facilities for an evening meal.
