I stayed at the Osborne just before Christmas and had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Acton town tube station is a few minutes away which was ideal for me. I was extremely pleased with my room, the bathroom seemed to be newly fitted and the room was clean with a comfortable mattress which is usually... More

Stayed for 2 nights, in a spacious ensuite , bed was comfy and very clean, the room itself was well kept, we could leave the car in the free car park n travel around on the tube. In the evening it was a short taxi drive into central London. I stayed on top of work too with free WiFi whilst... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to see Robbie Williams at Wembley on 30th June 2013 (which was BRILLIANT - the gig not the room). Clean enough room, very basic. Its only a 5 minute walk to Acton Town Tube Station which is brilliant as we were doing some sighseeing as well as Wembley. We had... More

I've stayed here several times and I'm never disappointed. Clean enough and quiet enough and only three blocks from the tube, I first began staying here the night before Heathrow because its convenience made an early start easy. Most recently I stayed for ten days and the hard-working staff cleaned as often as I asked and did everything right. I... More

I spent £ 60 for a night in this place last week. I was not expecting luxury for £60, but I did expect a functioning shower and taps. The shower head was broken, the taps require you to press continuously with one hand for the water to flow (ridiculous). The double bed was spacious and comfortable, but the room was... More

The best bits: The bedroom was clean and bed comfy. Not new furniture but acceptable with tea making facilities and a TV. Onsuite shower room very nice. Told we did not have to vacate room until 12 noon. Given this is in a popular area of London we thought good value at £60 per night B&B for both of us.... More

Is this really the hotel I stayed at that other travellers think is good?? The hotel is situated on a council estate, the entrance is a side gate into the side of the hotel, the person who opened the door was in a side shed which seemed to be a kitchen?? I was showed to our room right at the... More

Place had everything we needed- microwave, tv with cable channels, fridge, modern bathroom, big mirror, nice comfortable bed, what more for 55 pounds per night on new years eve-GREAT!!!. Only 5 minute walk from nearest metro station. My parents had the room opposite mine and their bathroom was a bit old but by the looks... More
