I have frequented London numerous times. I have always stayed in "low budget" hotels. Two weeks ago I spent a night at Studios2Let, on Cartwright Gardens. This was bar far the best value for the money I have ever gotten. The room was spacious and had a number of extra amenities that would have been valuable for an extended stay.... More

We spent 4 nights in a standard Studio on the third floor (without elevator). The Studios are located within 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross in a very calm neighborhood with many facilities around (bakeries, cafés, shops, pubs, ...), it's a very strategic location to explore London. The Studio was clean and with all what is needed, the only drawbacks... More

We stayed in London just two nights, but this hotel was great and would be even better for a longer trip. The room is small, but very nice and updated and it has everything you need for your stay, including a mini kitchen and there are laundry facilities available to use. The cutest thing was the patio off of our... More

Really nice experience. ... lovely staff, the building was super clean, smelled of newness or really good upkeep ... Great thought put into the studio .... very comfortable and good use of space with a fully equipped kitchen. Then add in the lovely streets of Bloomsbury just around the corner, the tennis courts on front of the apartments and Euston... More

These self catering apartments do give you much more freedom than a hotel. They are clean, modern, and well equipped for you to be able to use as a base to work or play in London. Also, they are in a good location to stock up on any provisions for your stay. Just be aware - they are not large... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night, after our travels in Paris. We needed a spot close to Euston station so we could catch a train the next day. We found the location to be absolutely perfect. We were able to walk with our luggage to the hotel from St. Pancras rail station, and then again to Euston... More

I spent five nights at Studios2Let in Cartwright Gardens, London in May 2013. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the cooking facilities, the nice bathroom (not too small for London hotels' bathrooms!), and of course the perfect location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, internet is working amazingly well, I liked having the possibility... More

Just returned from an overnight stay here (went to a gig at Koko). We choose this for it's proximity to Euston and walkable distance from the venue. Check in was simple, quick and efficient, very polite. Not overly chipper but that's London for you really (we're country folk). The room we were very impressed with, (executive room) we knew it... Coming from New York I am well aware of the space limitations. Instead of getting the basic I got the one above that, the superior. It was adorable and felt very cozy. I enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It was steps away from the supermarket to pick up some groceries and close... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
