Although the Double Sudio with balcony was quite small, it was very well equipped with oven, stove, microwave, fridge (everything including the kitchen sink!) in addition to what you would normally find in a mid priced hotel room. Small shower room but upmarket toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste. New furnishings and pleasant decor make up for the lack of space.... More

I stayed 2 nights. the place is really well located (literally 5 min. walking to King's Cross and Euston Square, 20 min to Holborn and less than 30 to Covent Garden). the place is clean and silent (at least the top floor). My room was small and the toilette was tiny, but I was in London for for business so... More

I'm rating this on the apartment in London, not as if it was a hotel. Stayed for 3 nights recently to attend a course close to Russell Square. Great location to see any part of London really due to being so central and close to mainline/international and tube lines. Quiet in Cartwright Gardens building also. Rooms very clean, simple but... I have no words to describe how much I enjoyed my stay in London this time, and the credit goes to this hotel. I am so glad to choose to stay here. It had everything you need. 4 of us occupied two ensuite apartments. There was a nice and comfy bed, full kitchen (oven, hob, kettle, and kitchen utensils), and... More

This was the best stay ever in London hands down. Great location, friendly staff, porter brought my suitcase up and down the stairs, the room is small but enough, the bed is super comfortable, the wi-fi impeccable, bathroom just right, super equipped kitchen: sink, cooker, microwave, fridge, cuttlery, plates, water cooker..., TV, view of the garden, proximity of the Russel Sqare... Eurostar, bus, tube everything is nearby. You can cook or heat up a litte something and eat in when you don't feel like going out in the cold. I stayed only for 3days, but I was already making a walk to the Brunswick shopping centre every evening as an evening routine. Waitrose open until 10pm, Sainsbury's Local until 11pm, and... More

I traveled on a business trip to London and stayed in this apartment for 8 days and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The surroundings are really quite and peaceful and the apartment is located in the center and only 5 mins walk to St Pancras International, Euston Station, British Library. Only Cons i would like to highlight... More

Great apartment at a great price and in a perfect location, easy access to Tube/Trains. Very spacious for a central London apartment with easily enough room for 2 people comfortably. Even had a little balcony overlooking the park. felt very safe and secure

I have stayed in a lot of inexpensive or less expensive places in London - but this was one of the best. Room 16 in building 40-41. Great view, lots of room, awesome toiletries, nicely equipped kitchen. The bed was comfy, plenty of outlets. The bathroom was miniscule, but well built. I actually enjoyed coming back to the room in... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
