This rooms are nicely furnished but extremely small. Plus if you do get one of those rooms in lower ground you'd find yourself dragging and lugging your luggage through a tiny small staircase down and into an even smaller room. The bathrooms are unreal in its size , the showers are so small that once you get in you can't... More

My husband and I stayed in this BEAUTIFUL apartment for 4 days Sept 2014 and it was one of the best experience I had on my vacation. The apartment that we had was a little small then your u.s rentals but it was well worth the stay.. What I found out was all the apartment was not small, but ours... More

The first thing you will notice is that the rooms are small. Think caravan small. Appliances are packed into wardrobe style cupboards, bathroom is the same, being tall my knees hit the sink when on the toilet and in the shower my arms touch both walls. We had a terrace area with a table and chairs, again very small but... More

Stayed for 4 nights on business whilst working in the area. Usually stay in hotels but decided to try something slightly different for a similar price. I stayed in one of the larger studio apartments. After a couple of teething problems with a broken apartment door and the radiator being switched off despite it being one of the coldest days... I stayed in this lovely apartment for one week, travelling solo. Was very comfortable and felt very safe. In a beautiful area, just a short walk through a beautiful park to cafes, supermarket and shops. The only negative was the bathroom was quite small. Unsure if it would be suitable for two people, may get squashy. All in all, would... More

A couple of minutes walk from Kings Cross this is a pretty looking building with easy access to anywhere you want to go. The room it's self was quite small but we didn't go to London to stay in the room. There was enough room to do what you needed to do and the price was decent. The radiator in... More

This is budget accommodation at it's best. Admittedly I booked one of the lower spec rooms, just for an overnight stay following a work outing. This was the 2nd time I have stayed here, it was again spotlessly clean, secure and comfortable in a location that suited me. Not a complaint from me but just a word of warning that... More

During my stay I found mice in my studio ( tiny place on the 3rd floor - 12 sq mt perhaps ) and I have been moved in a even smaller studio ( 10 sq mt?) on the 4 floor without lift, without apologies and without any help to move all my luggages. Customer service is basically very poor. Cleaning... More

You couldn't call the room we had luxurious or spacious, but for somewhere to stay for one night after a show it was perfect. Pretty clean, staff were polite, everything worked. Reasonable value for the location and much better than having to leave the gig at the Lexington early!

Having stayed here in June last year and loved it, this time I was really disappointed at the size of room we were given. Upon check out I asked why the rooms differed so much and learnt that there are standard and large studios. Standard = shoebox. The location is great. 5 mins walk from king cross/ st pancras and... Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
