I had a love/hate relationship with the hotel. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, the buffet breakfast is generous and plentiful and the room bathroom amenities are nice. I had room 322 and it was miniscule. I had to ask that two chairs and a small round table be removed. This gave me a little more walking around room.... More

Spent a night here on the way back from Belgium, the hotel is in a great location, especially if using the rail services north of city on arrival or departure. Hotel is of a very good standard as you'd expect from the chain, it is probably one of the best raidssons we've stayed in. We did have a fair walk... More

Very nice clean hotel extremely close to tube station. Requested early check-in on booking which was not guaranteed but arrived at 11.30 am and had no problem checking in. Lovely clean hotel, staff very friendly. Room size adequate and was pleased that had a double bed as only booked a single room. Breakfast was lovely - would certainly book again... More

£189 midweek for a single room not more than 7ft square. Claustraphobic, dark and dingy. Not a single surface to put anything in the shower room. £10 for a stale white baguette with 3 slices of tomato and 2 slices of packet cheese with luke warm fries.

Dear traveller, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding your recent visit to the Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel. I was sorry to read that your stay was not to your complete satisfaction, but I do think to describe the hotel as a 'joke' is a little harsh. If a guest reserves a single room -... More

Booked this hotel at the last minute using online site, when I arrived I was dealt with quickly, had reservations thinking last minute booking would end up with small room, but the room was spacious well laid out the staff were very helpful. We used the restaurant on the Saturday night and the staff were very attentive and very friendly,... More

I stayed here on business for 3 nights when my usual hotels were fully booked. Will only return if preferred options are not available and because there are some good restaurants very close by. + excellent location for West End and great restaurants close by (see review for Del'ish). + breakfast was efficient, well stocked and service was a credit... I arrived late and the lone receptionist was only just coping with the enquiries/check ins. My first room was at the front on a low floor and was really noisy with a bus stop outside. I moved to an internal facing room and it was much quieter. The hotel is on Tottenham Court Rd which is very busy. It is... More

I have stayed in this hotel many many times over the last 18 years, last week I was given what I can only describe as a converted cupboard. The room can not have been any larger than seven feet by seven feet, I have had more room in a sleeper car on a train. Totally unacceptable. The staff did sort... More

I've stayed here a couple of times, and never disappoints. I managed to get a room for a last minute trip to London. Can't fault the place. Clean room, and really quiet. Nice building. Great location. Jenna on reception was very helpful.
