This is a nicely located run down, dirty cheap hotel. Rooms were worn out and unmaintained but but in fairness the linen was clean. Staff were friendly enough but the breakfast was awful in every way - food, venue and ware. Would have been worth paying a few quid extra for a better hotel. Suitable for a cheap stag party... More

The outside of the hotel is acceptable, the location of the hotel to all the transport links at Victoria is very good, the area very pleasant and moderately quiet. I might add the beds were comfortable and the bedclothes clean and fresh as were the towels provided. Well that's the good bit. We were introduced to the reception staff, who... More

Only a 2 night stay thankfully in this run down, very dirty "hotel" Most surfaces covered in a layer of dust, picture rails the worst with probably about 10 years worth. The net curtain was a slightly lighter shade of black with part of it missing. The Yellow Pages in the room dated back to 2006, the same time the... More

stayed here October was my first time to London, it isn't the greatest hotel in the world and you will definatley get better value for the facilities you get but location wise cant fault it at all, 10 mins walk from Victoria station and just a short walk from Buckingham palace. Stayed in a double room on 2nd floor looking... More

My mother tried booking a twin room for the two of us but was told that there was only a double left. So went along with it and hoped for the best. When I got the I was asked for my debit card, I naively thought they were taking a deposit or something but discovered that I was to pay... More

The hotel description on their website is a total farce. I cancelled my reservation while there and went to look for another hotel. Damp and filthy room, bedcovers, carpets. Dirty and mouldy bathroom. Insects.Very unfriendly. I will be complaining to the health board

Stopped here for couple of nights on business at short notice. Guy on reception nice but after that down hill. Room tiny, cold, (we had to ask twice for heating to be turned on) and everything felt unclean and shaby. Bathroom facilities dirty, I feltI would go rather unwashed than use the shower. Breaskfast was entertaining to say the least,... More

I booked this hotel after striking out on several others in the neighborhood. It is pretty basic. Room was tiny, it had a tattered dirty curtain on the window and the furnishings were tired. The bathroom was adequate, but barely. There is a lift, however it lands between floors so you have to use stairs to go up/down the 1/2... More

I was going to give this hotel a big zero but then I thought I must manage my expectations. If you are really picky and /or want to impress your partner then this is a definite NO. On the other hand if you want a low cost and a very convient hotel in the centre of London then this is... More

Stayed for three nights. Pretty fairly priced for what we got. Room was tiny. We had to skim the walls to pass each other. Badly in need of a referb. Curtains were filthy & bedspread was threadbare. However, the room was cleaned & beds were made every day. Guy on reception was pleasant & quite helpful but, if you expect... More
