Booked this for a business trip. State of hotel is awful - gaffa tape holding the carpets together all up the stairs and walls dirty. The advert had said 'limited room service' but there was none. No tea or coffee making facilities, room just big enough for a double bed with a sheet and one blanket and walls covered in...

My husband & I went there for 3days 2 nights for business trip ( last minute booking 2 weeks before ) in december and this was during the period when they had the Christmas parade in london. Paid around £170 for it. Cheap considering it was peak season and in central victoria london. A TIP ( GO FOR ENSUITE if...

The hygiene was really poor. Travelling with a 2 year old, you need minimum standards of hygiene. The carpet was filthy as were the bedspreads and curtains. The sheets had holes, the blankets had stains. One of our beds sank in the middle. The edges of the stairs were badly marked with black masking tape. The rooms were tidied every...

convenient location for business trip, basic accommodation, basic breakfast. friendly and helpful staff, hotel is small and rooms are "petite"
Stayed here with 5 friends over the Easter. Greeted by a lovely male receptionist. rooms were clean and nice and cleaned each day. Location was perfect for us. We didn't use bkfast room so I can't comment. My only little complaint was the neighbours could be a bit noisy but this didn't affect us too much. Would defiantly return
The room request for a twin and we got a double. The attendent declined to help the first night, but this was rectified from the 2nd night. The breakfast was just 3 cereals and toast, nothing special. maybe this needs to be included in the brochure. the location was good and easy to get to the conference centre.
We stayed here in April with my kids and my parents. The rooms were small, the beds uncomfortable and the breakfast was very disappointing. The location was great, but there are a number of other hotels/B&Bs in the area. We chose this hotel because they had 4-person family rooms that would my husband and I with our kids, and the...

Excellent location !!! Only minutes walk to the Victoria Station and the underground. Definitely a good choice for city trips.
And easily walkable distance to Buckingham palace and beautiful St .James's and Green Parks.
The area around the hotel was safe and nice, and there were nice shops and coffee houses nearby.
Very kind and friendly staff !!! Good service...

The day before my scheduled arrival at the NEH, London, the receptionist called to tell me to tell me that my information was not taken correctly and that it was my fault and that they had cancelled my reservation! That was my first indication that this hotel would be a let-down. She then proceeded to tell me that I would...
