The location is very clever, very close to the underground stop. The staff is very friendly and well mannered. The room was little but quiet and very comfortable. Everything you may need is available around. Good.

Room small, basic amenities. Two single beds pushed together into a double so kept falling into thecrack. Only one lamp worked. No air con. Small fan worked but had no safety fan on. Bathroom was tiny and showering was claustrophobic. Also had no ventilation. Lots of noise at all times of the day and walls are thin so could hear... More

I booked a Double Deluxe room for my wife and myself. To cut a long story short the Hotel had over booked the staff were very unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do because we booked through Amoma after a very heated argument we were given a very small standard single room which you could not swing a... I can say that the hotel location is ok, near the Gloucester Road underground station, yellow line, so it has been easy reach the main points of London. The problem has been with the accomodation. The experience has been terrible because we could not sleep during the night, and this is the worse thing that can happens in holiday in... More

Do not stay here, the rooms are tiny, the noise from the road deafening, no air con, 1 iron to share amongst the whole place. Just very very poor. Like many others I was supposed to be staying in their sister hotel in Kings Cross but got a call 3.00pm that day that I would now have to go all... More

What ever you do, do not stay here, you'll end up out of pocket and lied to by the thieving hotel staff. We arrived at the hotel, on our honeymoon in early April. It was the beginning of what was supposed to be a fantastic time away. The hotel staff stole £400 and €150 from our locked suitcase. Yes, locked.... More

Please do NOT be fooled by the nice pictures on the website. This is truly as basic as it gets. I was booked in for FIVE nights but only lasted 40 minutes because this place is so poor. I still had to pay for one full night. The old man on the reception was very rude and obnoxious and no... More

We had a room booked at the hotel months in advance. Without so much as an email beforehand - arrived at the hotel to be told there was a "plumbing issue" and we would get a free taxi to their sister hotel. From bad to worse when we had been given the wrong address and wrong place marked on a... More
