I was quite shocked seeing the hotel as it wasn't what I expected from the photos, the room was very small and cold, and so noisy from the traffic if the street, I'm used to noise as I lived in London but it really disburbed sleep, which was worsened by the blinds not working! The staff weren't to helpful either
