By far, the worst hotel experience i have had. Reception staff were rude and incompetent - it took around 45 minutes for me to check in. Worst room i have ever slept in. Granted, it was a single room, but i could touch both walls at once (and i'm not quite 6ft). Old windows that let in every single noise,... More

First of all: this is not a quiet Spa type hotel for the super rich and/or elderly people looking for tranquility and a resort type of hotel. If you want that then consider spending more money and going elsewhere. This is a very central hotel, conveniently located on Cromwell Road, with shops, restaurants and a giant Sainsbury's nearby. It is... More

The location is very clever, very close to the underground stop. The staff is very friendly and well mannered. The room was little but quiet and very comfortable. Everything you may need is available around. Good.

Room small, basic amenities. Two single beds pushed together into a double so kept falling into thecrack. Only one lamp worked. No air con. Small fan worked but had no safety fan on. Bathroom was tiny and showering was claustrophobic. Also had no ventilation. Lots of noise at all times of the day and walls are thin so could hear... More

I booked a Double Deluxe room for my wife and myself. To cut a long story short the Hotel had over booked the staff were very unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do because we booked through Amoma after a very heated argument we were given a very small standard single room which you could not swing a... I can say that the hotel location is ok, near the Gloucester Road underground station, yellow line, so it has been easy reach the main points of London. The problem has been with the accomodation. The experience has been terrible because we could not sleep during the night, and this is the worse thing that can happens in holiday in... More

Do not stay here, the rooms are tiny, the noise from the road deafening, no air con, 1 iron to share amongst the whole place. Just very very poor. Like many others I was supposed to be staying in their sister hotel in Kings Cross but got a call 3.00pm that day that I would now have to go all... More
