If your visiting Olympia this place is ideal. If you need a bed for the night, this fits the bill. Yes the rooms and showers are small, but it's clean. Also the location is great for the exhibition centre. If you want big luxury rooms, pay the price and go somewhere else. It has TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee... More

Stayed at Kensington West last weekend as part of a hotel/theatre break. Room was pretty small but had everything we needed. Just a couple of minutes walk to West Kensington tube station & a comfortable walk to Kensington Palace & Hyde Park.

If you are visiting London anyway somewhere cheap but clean for sleeping then this hotel is perfect. We found it a bit far out but the tube was only a short walk away. The walls were thin and could hear alot of noise. The lamp was rubbish and barely gave any light and also the bed was very noisy and... More

The building isn't clearly signed. The bedroom was really tiny with a kitchenette behind a wardrobe type door - when opened you couldn't access the bathroom. The shower was a nightmare to work with no way to control the scorching hot water. The room was also really hot. We were kept awake by giggling & shouting females. It was very... More

I found this hotel via various searches. It was clean, near the Underground, and had some good food options in the general area. My wife and I are not a fan of hotel chains and when we travel to Europe, we prefer hotels like this one. The staff was EXCELLENT. Every member that we chatted with was fantastic. Very friendly... I've stayed here a few times as a lot of my work is in London. I find the reception staff very friendly and really helpful. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to kensington west tube station. Every room I've stayed in has always been warm and clean with fresh towels daily.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a show at Olympia. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful whenever approached for assistance, reception area itself could do with some redecoration. There was a lift which was helpful. Rooms were quite small and basic but we're comfortable enough needed it for. Bathroom was tiny!! A real struggle actually. But ok for... More

I would only recommend this place if you're going to be out and about in London all day and only need a place to sleep. Otherwise, the rooms are way too small and the wifi signal cuts off every few minutes due to the program they use. It's screwing me over for work and I regret booking this place now.... More
