We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Two adults two kids aged 6 and 9 For the price we paid it was ok nice staff. Nice and clean.  Parking outside of hotel pay and display. We prebooked the parking at NCP because pay and display was £3 per hour only up to 8hours max. Loades of shops - pubs... More

This was our second stay at this hotel. This year and the last stays were for my birthday trips to London. I love this little out of the way spot. It's located in a quiet neighborhood in West Kensington, London and is located about a block away from the Tube station. I really enjoy this hotel. Though the rooms are... More

The single (small) room had clean bedding and towel. Bathroom size minimal but OK for a brief stay. Kettle, hairdryer, clothes hangers and some shelves. The location is convenient for Olympia and the residential area is safe when walking around at night. About 10 minute walk from the underground and 5 minutes or less from a small Sainsburys store. We stayed at this hotel on Sat 24th January and was given a twin room ( number 8) ? It was so small we could not move around the room at the same time. The toilet come shower was the same size as a plane toilet with a shower! The floor was soaking when you showered and you had to... More

I chose this hotel as it was close to a venue I was attending for a concert. It was easy to find coming by train from London Heathrow. The room was very small (only booked a single) but had everything I needed for my 1 night stay. Clean bedding and tea & coffee making facilities. Reception staff were pleasant. Carpet... More

We decided to stay at this hotel 4 nights to visit London. First, if you compare to many hotel in London, it's clean. The room is very small and convenient. The bathroom is clean and small too. But this is the case for many budget hotels in London. When you come from Heathrow, you can take the Picadilly Line from... More

I had few expectations of the hotel prior to arrival as I had stayed in a few budget hotels in the area and needless to say that they were far from satisfactory! But as we were visiting olympia for the show it was a convenient place to get our heads down. On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner... More

Currently removing ourselves from this hotel after being terrorised by vermin in our hotel room. No help or sympathy was provided by the hotel and our request for a refund was refused. It's safe to say we are never coming back.

Visited London booking at short notice from the USA for my father's funeral. Booked a 3 star hotel on Priceline. This hotel was revealed, it is not a 3 star hotel. The sign on the exterior states Bed and Breakfast.-there is no breakfast. Other search engines gave the hotel 2 or 2.5 stars. The hotel defines itself as budget hotel.... More

I stayed for two nights at £153 per night. Please note this hotel does not provide breakfast - I found this fact interesting since it had a very large illuminated sign outside which says'Bed and Breakfast'. My room (32) had no effective curtain or blind, just a roller blind that was more like a net curtain - did not block... More
