We have just stayed in The Park International for the third time, and I would heartily recommend it. The first twice I stayed in a twin room with my daughter - the second time we had a minor problem with the room and were upgraded to better accommodation immediately, without charge. My most recent in January was with my husband... More

Booked for a Saturday evening early Feb. Room 013 (a bit of a wobble when I saw the room number!). Downstairs, more doubt, after reading other comments. The room was lovely, light, lots of space, spotless bathroom with an extremely comfortable kingsized bed with pillows as fluffy as clouds. There was some traffic noise, which didn't disturb us but might... More

Nice and clean hotel, which was well positioned to get anywhere by tube or bus. The breakfast was very good, in a nice bright room. All the staff we encountered we're polite and friendly. Our room was nice and quiet being at the back of the hotel, it was a bit small, but it was adequate for us. My only... More

OK so this hold is not that bad, its central London so a massive room is out of the question but a double room has more than enough space, with a fridge and lovely bathroom. Didn't have room service but its standard room service fair. Breakfast is quite a limited buffet breakfast. But they do proper scrambled eggs.... Yum and... More

I think the location of this hotel is good. A block from the train station easy walking distance to shopping restaurants, museums, Albert Hall, parks. A very nice area to walk around. The hotel itself is an older building, the lobby is brightly lit and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar adjacent to the lobby has a... More

We stayed here at the reccommendation of our travel agent. Wish I had done some more legwork and research. Very nice hotel, however rooms are very small, full size bed, no free wifi, and the toliet was square!! Not used to that in the states lol. Overall it was very clean, just tiny for 2 people to move around in... More

This hotel its in a very convenient location to go visit several parks, as well as palaces. It about 4 miles away from Big Ben and the London Eye. Another nice thing about the location is the restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. Ask the friendly staff for recommendations. The hotel offers complete breakfast. With all good things offered... More

Booked in advance and got a great nightly rate, not far from Gloucester Road tube station, handy location for lots of museums but we chose mainly as we were going to see a show at the Royal Albert hall and it was within walking distance. Front desk staff very efficient and polite was able to get room earlier than 2pm... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
