The hotel was wonderful. We arrived early and were allowed to book in and leave bags. The welcome we received was superb from front house and from concierge. A small problem I had with the air con' was sorted immediatley. Room and bathroom was immaculate and breakfast was full of great choice. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend... More

Very friendly & helpful receptionist staff. Reliable wake up call. Luggage service was offered at my arrival. The receptionist placed a reservation for me to brunch in a already fully booked restaurant and she could manage to get me a table - EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. The same receptionist helped me to charge my smartphone, no adaptors have been available... More

Great hotel in an excellent situation minutes from Gloucester Rd Tube and plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel seems to have been recently refurbished to a good standard. Only problem was slow to replenish breakfast items on buffet.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Breakfast was just ok. The very pleasant helpful staff made up for it. Enjoyed our night's sleep before jumping on a long haul flight. Easy tube ride to Heathrow on Piccadilly line made life easy in the morning.

Excellent location! Clean, stylish 5 star for sure hotel. We had family travel with using points for three nights. Otherwise - very expensive. Very helpful staff at front desk. Helped us a lot to catch last two tickets to H.Porter site. Or my daughter could be heartbroken))

Stayed 3 nights at the Park International. This is our second stay here, last stay was two years ago. Last time we were upgraded to a very nice and larger room. This time we had a double room, which was ample for both of us. It was towards the back of the hotel on the 4th floor, so very quite.... More

Clean and nice place near the underground, the front desk service is fast and helpful. The room was big but some nice decoration would have been great. Good bathroom. The breakfast was really good and comprehensive.

The hotel is conveniently located next to gloucester road tube station as mentioned in most of the other reviews. However the wifi is really troublesome. They give you one hour free for which you have to be in the lobby to connect to, and thereafter you have to pay quite a ridiculous amount for wifi (much cheaper to get a... More

The rooms are small, and the 'king' bed was closer to a double/queen than an American King. I am petite and I could feel the springs in the mattress, that is reason I'm giving this hotel only a rating of average. The rest was lovely, the outside is charming, the bar is very nice, and the staff friendly.

Dear Ali N, Thank you for choosing The Park International Hotel. Admittedly, standard London hotel rooms are not as big as hotel rooms in America, however, if you wish for a bigger room we do have: Executive rooms, Deluxe rooms and Jr. Suites available if you wish to upgrade. We have just changed our mattresses now they are much more... More

Most reviews are very accurate, even the ones that are less than 5 star. This is a great hotel, but they don't have high end beds and using the free wifi is troublesome. We had a spacious clean remodeled triple, fine linens, towels, FANTASTIC staff, great location and full breakfast included. The day we left, we were also offered a... More

Dear Missika, I am glad to hear you thought the staff here at Park International Hotel are fantastic! It is unfortunate your reservation was just before our new mattresses were delivered but hopefully you will get to experience them when if you chose to come stay with us on your next visit. If you do chose to return I would... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
