A small hotel in the heart of Earls court. Close to the tube station. We arrived after 2100, reception was polite but not efficient. After checking in we were sent to the wrong room! I had to return to reception to advise them that the keys did not work. They apologised for the error, gave us the correct keys and... More

I stayed at this hotel on business last week with a colleague and we both agreed that it is the best hotel we have ever stayed in around London and we have stayed in quite a few over the years. Fantastic location, two minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. Lots of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants nearby with plenty... More

Location was ideal, two seconds from the tube station, The hotel was very stylish and welcoming, the reception team where helpful and knowledgable regarding the surrounding areas! Our room was on the five floor, not ideal if you have mobility issues! We where basically in the attic, I have to be honest And state that it was warm very warm,... More

Tammy, delighted you got to experience 1 of our only 2 rooms on the 5th floor, how ironic in Winter the room was somewhat warm. Delighted you enjoyed the facilities and had the most amazing Eggs Benedict ever, we do like to win our guests over by any means. Look forward to having you back soon. Regards, Michael & Team. More

Stayed her a few times now, the price is better than others in the area and is a more pleasant hotel. Rooms are well decorated and the rainfall shower is amazing! Stylish and comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy for getting on the tube as Earl's Court is literally round the corner!

Hotel Indigo is a lovely boutique hotel situated very near to Earl's court underground station, hardly a 300 meters walk. Rooms are very elegant. Wonderful utilization of space. We were welcomed with pudding cake and a beautiful handwritten greeting card. Buffet breakfast had variety to offer. Bathrooms are really nice. Toiletries by aveda were nice. Hotel has real nice food... More

Singh, delighted we impressed you upon arrival and that you had a great stay. I am sorry to read that your luggage was removed from your room and will have my Front Office team follow up on that, to ensure that does not happen to future guests. I'm booking immediately... I'm almost afraid to give it it a 5 star rating for fear that I won't be able to get a room next time!! The location near the tube was ideal .. Heathrow to Earl's Court was a breeze. As soon as we entered the hotel we knew why we chose to book! Hotel Indigo staff is... More

Hey Chouett, a great team I hear you say, an AMAZING team I'd say!!! Delighted Simone, Jarena and Petar were stars and shared their warmth daily with you. Fear not on giving 5* reviews, they are only fair after-all and truly deserved!! Thank you and until next time, stay curious...Michael & Team. More

Very good and friendly service, nice rooms with good beds, smart contemporary decor. The only let down was that we were unable to open any windows and the internet is unstable. I can recomend this to anyone that wants a nice hotel in London close to the tube.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
