We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in April. It is very close to Earls Court tube station so easy to get to by public transport. The hotel is very modern, and well presented and clean. The rooms are spacious enough. It is very warm in the rooms but not too noisy with a window open. The bathroom is... More

This truly is a superb hotel, set in a relatively quiet street and yet walking distance to Earls Court tube and the shops/bars/restaurants nearby. From the moment I checked in I was made to feel 'special'. Superbly dealt with by the polite and professional girl at the Reception desk (apologies, can't remember her name - I checked in at 3pm... I have stayed at most of the Firmdale hotels in London - The Charlotte Street Hotel, Ham Yard, Haymarket and The Soho Hotel, and I can honestly say The Indigo in Earls Court is my favourite for its originality and an atmophere that made me smile. From the young team who greet you, in relaxed jeans, novels scattered about for... More

I stayed at the Indigo hotel near Earl's Court last month with my wife. The room was not very big, but was very cozy and staff were extremely helpfull and nice. The location is obviously very nice, being only a short block away from the subway, near plenty of good restaurants and pubs, and, perhaps more important, away from all... More

My husband and I traveled to London in September for 10 days. I wanted to stay fairly close to the center of town without it costing an arm and a leg. The Hotel Indigo was more than we could ask for as far as convenience and charm and location. It is literally around the corner from the Earl Court tube... More

We stayed at Indigo hotel as a treat for my birthday on a friday evening. Originally we booked a superior room in the basement using my mileage points. But as it was my birthday, we got upgraded to a superior room on the 2nd floor complimentarily. In our room, a cute birthday plate with cupcakes and a personalised birthday card... More

We've stayed at this wonderful hotel for a night to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. As soon as we entered we were greated by the lovely Valeria and Simone who did their very best to make our stay memorable! And they've definitely succeed! The porter was helpful and offered to hold our luggage whilst we visited london on our last day... More

Stayed here at the end of my London Easter trip. The property is lovely - felt like a refurbished british mansion - and very well located. Less than 5 min walk to Earl's Court underground (on the line that connects Heathrow and central London), close to supermarket and restaurants but facing a quiet street in a residential area. It's also... More

I am ending my last night and this hotel and wanted to write a review while the experience was still fresh in my mind. Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
