This hotel is very comfortable for short stays. It is close to the underground and there are bus stops to Harrods and central London right outside the hotel. The rooms are basic but very clean. The restaurant within the hotel serves an excellent buffet breakfast. My only two concerns were that there are no grab rails for the bath/shower in... More

We stayed for three nights for the bank holiday weekend, we arrived after 11 pm but were greeted with a warm smile and quick check in. The room wasn't massive but adequate and clean and the air conditioning worked. We had no noise problems from other guests, in fact we thought it was very quiet although the hotel itself was... More

For a budget hotel, very very good. Breakfast was extremely good, staff very friendly especially the boys in the bar. Brompton West tube only about 5 minutes away. The only concern we had was the chambermaids could not speak a word of English therefore we couldn't ever egg enough milk. I also send thanks to whoever sent my jacket back.... More

This is a good place to stay when in London. There are not a lot of places to go or eat at near the hotel but enough to take care of your immediate needs. However, the rates are reasonable and you are so close to all must see sites on the Piccadilly line which is a moderate walk from the... More

First, This is Ibis hotel, not a five star luxury hotel. So when you get to the Ibis, you know what you get: decent, clean and affordable rooms. We were there at August 2014 and it was a good experience. West Brompton tbe station is next to hotel, what is important to any London visitor. Rooms were clean, service was... More

My Mom and I stayed here for 9 days as part of an Air Transat holiday so our airfare and hotel were included in our package. We chose this particular hotel for the cost and the fact that a hot breakfast buffet was included in our package. Air Transat flies in/out of Gatwick but getting to the hotel was easy... More

We stayed here a few weeks ago at the beginning of our Trafalgar vacation. The rooms were clean and satisfactory. Nothing spectacular, but good enough for the amount of time we would spend in the room. The tube is a short walk away, allowing for easy access into central London. There are also a few restaurants/pubs within a short walk... More
