Nice hotel in very handy position . Two minutes to Earls Court tube, Gregs, Co-op, McDonalds and others. Local pubs down the road. Room 106 was plenty big enough for two with luggage. Bathroom with bath and shower. Buffett breakfast was excellent with helpful staff. Nice communal areas with patio garden with canopy for us smokers. Reception staff were good.... More

We would definitely stay at the Best Western Burns hotel again. A couple of short blocks from the Earls Court tube station on the Piccadilly line direct from Heathrow. Earls Court station has lifts and ramps, making it an easy arrival with luggage. We arrived fairly early in the a.m., and were thrilled to find our room already prepared. We... More

Nice little hotel situated at less than 3 mins' walk form Earl's Court Tube station. Helpful staff at check in. My room was newly renovated and tucked away in a quiet corner in the basement. Very nice and tasteful decor. I asked for a fan heater and I was given a portable radiator.

We stayed here for 1 night before we flew home. We got a free upgrade to a bigger and nicer room. The room was modern and spacious with very comfy beds! Free, fast wifi was available in all rooms. The bathroom had a shower over the bath and was very clean with fluffy towels. The hallways are like a rabbit... More

I stayed one night at Best Western Burns whilst on transit. The hotel is very easy to access from London Heathrow via the underground rail (the tube). Just take the Piccadilly Line train from the terminal and get off at the Earl's Court station and the hotel is 4 min walk from the station. I was given a twin bed... More

Very close to the tube station, park, pubs & restaurants. Staff very pleasant but lift small and slow. Sometimes it was easier to use the stairs. Bedroom was very compact and reasonable clean. Not so bad for central London. Good value of money.

This smallish hotel has very nice location with park on the other side of the road. There are also plenty of other hotels near By, as well restaurants (the pub in the next corner, The Blackbird, is absolutely worth visiting, for example for dinner). Earls' Court underground station is only 200m's away from the hotel (remember to use the other... More

We booked this hotel for four nights for it's position. Bad mistake. We were given a Basement room with twin beds, not double as requested, the view from the window were legs of people walking past. No aircon, we were given a very small desk fan to cool the room. It was hot!!! London was having a heat wave with... More

We stayed here for one night on a leisure break. Very clean well presented hotel with helpful polite staff. We were upgraded to a large double room which had an extremely comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. En suite room was a little small but had a good functioning shower and large basin. Full english breakfast was cooked... More
