Great value for the area. Really close to the tube and convenient for central London. Staff were really friendly and the room was lovely and clean. Nice and quiet at night as well. The breakfast was a little lacking of choice for a Best Western (no hash browns in full english, No sweet pastries on the continental). Also not much... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights for my birthday. It was pleasant enough rooms are very small and the bed was tiny. I am not a tall person by any means and my feet dangled off the end of the bed, my husband even managed to fall out of bed one night!! The hotel is very convenient for... More

The hotel is old, cracking noise from the wooden floor when people passed by the room, room are so small, the bathroom door can't even fully open. Wifi connection very bad. Only positive thing is the location.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it was a very pleasant hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, clean and convenient for Earls Court tube (2 mins walk, but not too noisy). The only slight let down was breakfast; not self-service and not much for vegetarians (tomato, beans, egg and vegetable sausages) where other BW hotels have... More

Affordable comfortable hotel within 5 minutes walk of Earl's Court station. Good bar meals at sensible prices (for London). Good service, welcome and reasonable breakfast. Very convenient to shops, pubs and restaurants around Earl's Court.

This Hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station which has easy and fast access into the centre which was ideal for this trip as it was just two ladies travelling. We arrived before lunchtime and intended to just drop our bags but were told that our room was ready, which was a a welcome... More

We got a great deal on this hotel for an overnight stay. It's in a great location close to earls court road tube station. Lots of places to eat nearby yet in a quiet street. We had a room in the basement as we could check into it straight away at 11.00am. Staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
