I have stayed extensively at some 5 star hotels and less, this Gorgeous Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing. The style the service absolutely everything was catered for. I have never had staff that could not do enough for you without being in your face. They did so many small things without being asked or expecting it was unbelievable. I truly... More

Excellent service. Loved the little details! Only thing I would say is the bed could be more comfortable...our room was little bit on the small side (double delux) However my family and I were treated like royalty such great people working there and always helpful. - the breakfast is also great however we book a bed and breakfast rate and... Location is slightly off main road which means that it is quiet but very near main facilities. Staff were fantastic and friendly without going over the top. Room was really well decorated but slightly smaller than we are used to.

my favorite location, I always stay around holland park, knightsbridge and chelsey. Close to shops restaurants museums and subway. the hotel is very london, furniture reception neighbor... With the good sides and bad sides if you know what i mean, small lounge and "not big" rooms unless you take the suite (and you are ready to pay for it),.It's perfect... More

This hotel is superbly situated a short walk to the V&A Museum and to Harrods. There is a small lounge and bar area which is the focal point for those lucky to be staying and regulars who come in to enjoy the hotel. I have just returned with my wife from a 1 night stay at this sensational hotel in Kensington. I've stayed in a couple of other Red Carnation properties and this was as good.......possibly even better. Small, cosy, personal, charming......I could go on. I could happily live there with a smile on my face for eternity. Utter perfection.

We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and to attend the Rugby at Twickenham. From the moment I booked right through to leaving it was a fantastic experience. We booked the Occasion to Remember package which was great value, with champagne in the room, chocolates and breakfast in bed (delicious) and a legendary Martini al included. The staff... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
