Really enjoyed my stay here! I stayed here for two weeks for a class that I was taking in London! The staff were very professional and so HELPFUL! It was my first time in London and the staff helped us tremendously with places to go see around the city and how to get there! DANIELA, one of the hotel staff,... More

Excellent London hotel, nice breakfast and a good service in reception. The room was excellent and cleaning and servicing very effectively. All in all a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The bar in the hotel is quite OK and just around the corner a very nice typical London Bar. I can recommend this hotel to everyone visiting London

We stayed there for a weekend and found it being a great hotel with friendly and professional staff as well as great rooms, awesome location, and an overall pleseant experience. The room was large, clean, and comfortable and the hotel was located a few minutes walk from Hyde Park between High Street Kensington and the city center so we walked... More

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. There were 3 people in our party for 2 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful at check-in and when we had a few questions. Location was great- only steps away from the underground and surrounded by many grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs. I feel the... More

A very convenient hotel. Although my room was on the small side , it was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the free internet access in the business centre with up-to-date desktop computers compares very favourably with other hotel chains. Also, I unexpectedly had to shorten my stay by one night and Max at Reception was very helpful in... I don't quickly give a hotel a very negative review. Often if it's not brilliant the price will match this and as long as you roughly get what you pay for I think fair enough. Not in this case however and I'm glad to say I'll not visit again. The bad: - Smallest room ever. This cupboard should not be... More

The hotel looks lovely as you walk in very homely and swank!! The staff very friendly I can't fault them! The room however was not as nice as I hoped for! It was a bit worn not as grand as the hotel! It was small furniture old and the bed was hard and uncomfortable we woke up aching! Just as... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent stay with us. Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
