Good rooms although decor is getting a bit dated. Very nice reception area. Rooms are small, but it is London. Good amenities like a gym in the basement. Great location. Breakfast service chaotic, but food very good! Overall comfortable for a couple of nights

We were really looking forward to a good start for our holiday, only to get disappointed.... once we arrived we were told that the double room we booked was not available and that we could only get a single room or a twin room!! And the worse thing was that there other 2 rooms that our friends booked were also... More

I have reviewed this hotel positively twice before. However, our recent visit was spoiled by the fact the bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment, and there were (very) temporary facilities in the basement, which was also boiling hot when we were there. They could have told us when the booking was made, but did not. Our room was, as... More

I went with my family to the Vanderbilt during school holidays and was treated to a spectacular stay. From the moment we arrived the front of house staff Bimal and Eric made our family and the children in particular feel very welcome. If you go, ask Bimal for a game of hide and seek!! The room was of a high... More

OK hotel.....but rooms are very small and therefore stuffy and you have to be a contortionist to get into the bathroom. Also front facing rooms suffer badly from traffic noise. Because of that this hotel does not represent good value for money. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful and its very handy for the tube and... More

Dear Guest, We take every feedback as constructive therefore thank you for sharing your thoughts. As you may already know, space is at a premium in central London and therefore the rooms at this particular location are smaller than the rooms in Radisson hotels in other cities around the world. Please feel free to contact me before your next visit... More

I have stayed at The Vanderbilt several times and have always been pleased. This time however I felt just a little disappointed. The pros: Great location for the museums, Knightsbridge and The Royal Albert Hall. My room was pretty large, certainly larger than I've had previously. Clean and comfortable room. The cons: The restaurant was closed for a refurb which... More

So we´ve stayed here a few times and it´s a typical short time, medium exciting hotel, great for business stay-overs. I don´t know anything about their facilities, as we´ve only just slept there. It´s quite elegant when you come in, as it´s a beautiful old building in itself, and it´s in a very good location, however, the rooms, atmosphere and... More

I stayed here on business and had a double room. Quite quirky in shape but large enough. I was in room 25 at the back of the hotel which was very quiet but no view form the frosted window, which did not bother me too much as I did not stay long on the room. Bed comfortable, room even had... More

Very nice, in a great location and excellent service. My room was a little small, but it was clean with all the amenities like cable TV, free WiFi, frig, coffee maker, etc. It is a very short half block walk from the Glouster Road Underground stop and only two blocks from the Natural History, Victoria and Albert and Science Museums.... We went to London for a few days and booked the Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt. There was my wife, my 2 year old and myself. We requested a family room and were given a room on the extremely busy main road that runs parallel to the hotel. My daughters bed was directly under the window and she got woken numerous... More
