I stayed here on business and had a double room. Quite quirky in shape but large enough. I was in room 25 at the back of the hotel which was very quiet but no view form the frosted window, which did not bother me too much as I did not stay long on the room. Bed comfortable, room even had... More

Very nice, in a great location and excellent service. My room was a little small, but it was clean with all the amenities like cable TV, free WiFi, frig, coffee maker, etc. It is a very short half block walk from the Glouster Road Underground stop and only two blocks from the Natural History, Victoria and Albert and Science Museums.... We went to London for a few days and booked the Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt. There was my wife, my 2 year old and myself. We requested a family room and were given a room on the extremely busy main road that runs parallel to the hotel. My daughters bed was directly under the window and she got woken numerous... More

This hotel provides a very warm welcome and is superbly situated for places such as The Royal Albert Hall, the V&A and other museums. Booking was very easy, with friendly, efficient staff members. Rooms are very well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Close proximity to Underground station is a bonus.

My experience of this hotel was extremely bad. I chose it because it is near the underground and the Albert Hall. That much was true. The room we had was extremely small and the decoration was shabby. The toilet would not flush and when I complained it was not fixed properly. I had to lift of the top of the... More

This hotel was perfect for our trip to the museums and to see Matilda at the Cambridge Theatre (couple of tube changes to Covent Garden). Large, clean room (enough for a family of four), comfortable beds and very helpful and polite staff.

The hotel was in a great location only a minute or so wander from Gloucester Road station. The rooms were nice with great wifi access (free as well). The bathrooms were a little small but still manageable. No breakfast included in our package but there were some options close by. Easy walk to some attractions like the Natural History Museum... Hotel very well located near museums and Kensington. Near the metro station and served by many buses. Rather small rooms but well exploited, good cleanliness. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment of transformations, alternative service being too small instead. Friendly and helpful staff.
