My sister and I stayed at this hotel last weekend on a one-night Amazon Local deal. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. We love this area having lived in South Kensington many years' ago. Without exception all of the staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us. They were friendly... More

...well "home" is what we are looking for in an hotel in a way and this time in London I found that at the Radisson Blu Edwardian after a first bad experience with another hotel in the city. So I arrive stressed (shaking really) and am feeling relieved the second the super friendly and helpful lady at the reception tells... More

I booked 2 rooms through Amazon Local for my 60th birthday, my husband and I came with 2 close friends. The package included Deluxe King rooms and afternoon tea. We were in Room 108, which was very dark with no outlook whatsoever and frosted windows you could not open. The room and bed were a good size but the bathroom... More

My husband and I came with our two close friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. Room 108 was a let down and the bathroom was so small that we had to use it one at a time. The afternoon tea was good, though we had to ask for strawberry jam. The breakfast was good but we felt in a 4... More

I flew from Washington DC to London for a quick business trip and stayed here. The front desk team were very professional and very nice. They assisted me with smiles. The hotel was located very close to the "tube" and some major museums. I did not get a chance to visit any museums but could tell many guests were tourists.... More

Really geared up for making your stay enjoyable and relaxing which is important when you're probably busy sightseeing and need to rest - great location. Every member of staff takes care of you, nothing is too much of a problem.

Dissapointing stay at the Vanderbuilt and lunch at the Sussex. Unhappy with a number of small details so overall not such a good experience. Shame as they would be nice hotels if the service was improved. I have completed the Radisson Blu survey received by email to explain the issues in more details.

Stayed here three years ago and expected the small room but this time there was no AC and the room was hot. I needed to open the window to cool it off. Another minus for the hotel is the lack of bar soap in the bath. They just have liquid soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. The shampoo smelled... More

Dear Guest, I am pleased to hear of your return after three years and I hope this is the first of many. With regards to your room, I can only apologise if there was a problem with the air conditioning as it should not disturb you. I hope you mentioned this so somebody could check it for you without you... More

On entering the hotel with my partner the concierge said 'Ha, are you sure you're in the right hotel?!' Hmmm okay. Our attire not acceptable? Room was tiny with things missing. But shower was impressive and restaurant food was exceptional!

Clean, comfortable, great sized room, lovely bathroom, decoratively well kept with good accessibility! This is a hotel well located for Gloucester Road, Kensington and Knightsbridge as well as Hyde Park, The National History Museum, The Royal Albert Hall and The V&A.
