I've stayed twice at this hotel and had a great experience both times. Room are small but that's to be expected in central London. It is right behand Fornum and Mason and the side entrance is on Jermyn St. We were given a complimentary bottle of Champagne on arrival and the staff were all incredibly. Lovely place. Highly recommended. More

This is by and large a decent hotel with recently renovated contemporary aesthetic and affordable rates. The rooms are quite small with not much of a view, particularly the ones you will find for a 'deal' online. But it's an urban hotel so that's usually what you get. The location is pretty ideal if you want to visit a lot... More

Thank you very much for your review. I am disappointed that there were some areas that we felt we did not deliver on. Regarding the shower pressure, our green initiatives should not be effecting the pressure and if you could let me know your room number, it would be appreciated so that i can get my team to see what... Had a return visit here when looking for a base in the Piccadilly area. Our room was clean, attractively decorated with a good view from our high floor. Rates aren't the cheapest but are good value for this location in London and for such a nice hotel. Look out for deals - they have some good offers at certain times... More

I have been staying at the Cavendish for work since 2006. Sometimes the service is very good and sometimes it is not that great. I'm not sure why that is. Pro: Super centrally located; Nice and modern and clean rooms; Con: Rooms are small (but that's London!); Staff is mixed in terms of service; Breakfast is expensive! Overall, it's my... More

We regularly take a theatre break in London and usually treat ourselves to a couple of nights in a hotel in Park Lane however on this occasion we thought we'd try the Cavendish, mainly due to web-site recommendations and its location. We weren't disappointed, the accommodation was very good however we were given a special offer upgrade which helped, nevertheless... More

Thank you very much for your great review. I am sorry to hear that you didn't find our restaurant to be at the same level as the rest of the hotel. I can assure that we will take your feedback on board and make sure that we continue to improve our offering. Regarding breakfast I would very interested in hearing... More

We stayed in a superior room on the 9th floor at the beginning of May. We chose this hotel mainly for its location - walking distance to Green Park and Piccadilly tube stations, Fortnum & Mason just across the street. You don't really need to take any public transport to see all the sights, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square,... More

We stayed in this hotel from the 3rd of may to the 4th of may in the room number 1508 penthouse suite. The hotel is situated near Piccadilly circus line and all zones are easily accessible from the Piccadilly line. Upon arrival we were slightly early and after we were checked in the receptionist was very polite and told us... More

The hotel is centrally located in the bustling city of London. It is only two minutes from Piccadilly and five minutes from Trafalgar Square. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, St James Park, Eye of London, Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The hotel provided a delicious chocolate cake for my mother's birthday. It was a nice treat. The English... More

We stayed there for 6 nights and were very impressed with the hotel and especially the service. Modern hotel in a very nice neighborhood just off Piccadilly and just north of St. James Park and Buckingham Palace. Rates were a little high but typical of London, especially considering the prime location. Restaurant was great especially for breakfast and room service,... More

We booked here from looking at their website; the website shows all the best parts (normal practice), and we were a little surprised at the slightly dated interiors, which have been recently refurbished. However our room was warm and comfortable if a little small, the staff were nice and friendly, and the breakfast was good. The best part is the... More
