This is a lovely hotel. The staff are meticulous, the bed linens are wonderful and the soaps and shampoo smell great. The rooms are somewhat on the small side as is true of many London hotels. What shocked me was that Internet access is charged by the minute, something I've encountered nowhere else in the world - or in London...
