We stayed at the Cavendish for one night following a cruise. I had booked an executive room, but when we arrived they said for 30 pounds more we could have the penthouse with terrace. We said ok and it was truly worth it. The penthouse is very large, on the 15th (top floor) with stairs up to the floor from... more

My husband has stayed at this hotel many times on business mainly for its central location. I booked it today for tomorrow through our regular booking site hotels london and realised as soon as I read the confirmation that I had booked for today by accident. I immediately emailed the booking agent who called the hotel straightaway. They advised that... more

I'd bought DH tickets to see Kings of Leon at the O2 for Christmas. After some searching, we decided to go for the Cavendish based on the good reviews on TA, central location and reasonable price (got an early booking discount direct on their website). Was really easy to get to from Euston, even with the Victoria line out of... more

the hotel is very central, but yet not too central to make it a problem. we upgraded our room glad we did because the room we got was very small. Staff at reception were very good, staff at bar were excellent, staff at dinner and breakfast not so good. we had early dinner before our show (Waiting for Godot) and... more

The Cavenish is a fantastic hotel. It was an excellent choice. We upgraded to an Executive room. Our room was fantastic .... very clean, very spacious and with an outstanding view of the London Eye. The bathroom was amazing. The plumbing was Villoy and Boche. It was the best hotle bathroom I have ever seen .... heated towel racks, huge... more

We went to London with some familymembers. I had asked for 2 rooms on the same floor and got it too. We got to the hotel before the check-in time. A lovely lady at the reception made it possible for one room to be ready in an half hour. So we could all store our luggage and relax. The concierge... more

Stayed for 4 nights in a Superior room - found the room quite small, but it's clean and is in a quiet but central location (Fortnum and Mason's right across, Piccadilly Circus a mere 3-minute walk). I expected free WIFI, but it was only free in the lobby and I had to pay loads to connect in my room. Staff's... more

The hotel has a great location, minutes walking from green park, piccadilly circus and so on. The rooms are very clean, newly renovated but not very spacious. Breakfast was LOVELY. Staying at the Cavendish was a very good choice. more
