We stayed in room 207 quadruple room. My 2 children stayed in the beds near the window. My 10 year old son started complaining of itching then my daughter, by the time got back home, both of them seriously needed to visit a dermatologist to treat the bites. Carpet is also not vacumed the whole time we stayed, sheets were... More

Good luck trying to get any sleep if you are staying in the basement, we requested a quiet room and in room 10 you could hear every flush of the communal toilet and the sounds of plates and cutlery from before 7:30am as the kitchen/restaurant is attached to this room. Reasonable location, only a tube or so and short walk... More

Stayed here for a business trip. Actually had paid for another hotel who overbooked and I was passed onto this 'sister' hotel. This 'hotel' is not fit for purpose. The room I received was at the very top of the 'hotel'. It had a single bed, a broken wardrobe, a wash basin that didn't have running water and a hole... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed on 4th floor; room was great; bed, shower and enough space to iron my clothes with the ironing board I borrowed at the bottom of the bed while my partner sat in the mirror doing her make-up and hair. Was given fresh towels each day. The breakfast which wasn't any extra cost was great;... More

On the positive side, location was great and price was good for London. Staff were helpful enough but that`s about it. On the negative side hotel needs a total refurb before you could actually call it a hotel. Low grade hostel would be more accurate and honest.

You get what you pay for although it's probably only worth a fiver a night the room we had. It smelt it was dark and tiny. We were in the cellar of the house. The shower had hot water but had to hold it the TV worked but the bed was so uncomfy I had a bad back for two... More

Horrible place in the middle of London! I wouldn't leave my dog there! Dirty carpets, horrible shower! Please avoid! Breakfast was horrible as well! I would rather pay extra £50 and stay in Travelodge. Lesson learnt to read the trip advisor comments before booking hotel!

Myself and two friends stayed at Leisure Inn because we were on a bit of a budget for our European vacation. It wasn't to bad for what we paid ($80 a night). We were in the 3 person room, with 3 single beds. The room location wasn't the greatest because it was about 5 steps away from the lobby, so... More

Group of friends stayed one night. Small room for four of us but fine given one night stay. Problems: TV not working, fine. Lift not working, fine. We're fit enough to climb staircase but beware if top floor its some climb! Breakfast is not worth getting up for, fine. Bunch of lads for weekend away. We really aren't fussy, it... More

The hotel is close to Paddington station and Lancaster station and that makes getting about easy. The hotel however was very basic. The breakfast served was less than satisfactory. Service was poor. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wanted to stay for more than one day.
