1 night stay for business, location great and online picture looked modern and clean..... Not the case, really poor, dirty room not on suite as toilet is down the hall With a separate key and tiny. As was the room, Zero hot water in shower, street noise very bad, yes it London but decent windows would help. Value by London... More

The place looked and smelled run down. The carpets were dirty, and the bathrooms very, very small. My room was downstairs in the basement, and the bathroom was so small, that you had to actually plan how to get in and out. The only good thing was a terrific artisan bakery almost next door, and a little shop across the... More

Found this place 5 days before we went. Very reasonable price including continental breakfast. Our twin room was very small but totally adequate for an overnight stay. Toilet was very small and probably not suitable for "VERY" ample sized people, there was also a shower which was ok. No tea/coffee making facilities but not real problem, as we really only... More

positives; clean, very good front desk people, comfy bed. Downsides; tiniest single bedroom and bathroom I've ever stayed in. But, you know what, it didn't matter. I was there for an hour or so to wash and change before a night out, sleep, wash and leave. I'd not have an issue staying again. Breakfast not brilliant but tea and toast... More

Positives: Close to Oxford street, close to subway station and busses. No problem in finding food, its all around you. Service was good. Breakfast was good, the lady made fresh omelette for us with freshly toasted bread. Good for short stay if you intend only to come here to sleep. Negatives: Not the best hotel i have stayed in. Small... More

The hotel, room, bathroom are small, but for a quick trip it's enought because you spend all your time outside. The service is good, the personnal is kind, the room clean. I was in room 8 for three. The location of the hotel is good, near marble arch. There are a a lot of bus we can take and there... More

The hotel is located very close to Hyde Park which is great. I was in Room 14. A long way up the stairs until somewhatth floor. The service is acceptable, everything is clean. But the room is small and it has no closets to put in the clothes. Although, the corridors were quite narrow, they gave me free WiFi. The... More

On the positive side - location in a walking distance to Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Low price for that location. And here is where positives are ending. Con's include: 1. poor layout - small room with no seperation from the corridor, so throughout the night there is light around the door, not to mention noise if somebody is coming... More

I stayed in a single room which was extremely small. The ensuite was also extremely small. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the room was a little tired, with a lot of scuff marks on the walls. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with a choice of cereals , juice ,fresh whole fruit... More
