We booked a family room, and ended up in the basement! If we had been anywhere else in UK, we would have paid about 30 pounds for the room, not the classiest place, the beds were comfy though, and that's the main thing. The Hotel is in a perfect spot just near Marble Arch, not far to walk through the... More

Night desk clerk was asleep. When we woke him up he was rude. Wouldn't get up to get us an early breakfast at 7am as he said he would the night before. No water pressure. Shower actually stopped in middle of shower. Stained comforter. Broken glass in shower. Only good thing about this place was the location. Far too expensive... More

Cheap and cheerful, rooms are tired but clean and comfy, tv, tea and coffee, hot water and extra pillows and blankets all provided. But a good location, very helpful and friendly staff, and you can leave luggage there too. The breakfast is pretty standard, but the pastries were dry, starts at 8am, and you have to pay extra for cooked,... More

The hotel is located in central location, minutes away from Oxford st, Marble Arch and the beautiful Hyde Park. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. The reception is available 24/7 and there is always someone there to answer to your questions. The rooms are reasonable, quite small but the beds are clean and comfortable. Would... More

If you don't want luxury hotel, but value more location, this hotel is great option for you. Old, but still in quite good condition this hotel is situated just few steps away from Marbel Arch. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull. Familyroom was quite big and bathroom was clean. Onlything that bothered was that air condition was only in one... More

When in London I want a room close to everything, it doesn't have to be fancy, but it has to be clean, Rose Court is clean, the rooms are small the hotel old, the lift is a experience, the staff are pleasant. Breakfast is also nothing fancy but it starts the day. This hotel is cheap, if you want grand... More

Me and my family, four of us stayed here for 3 days. I was disappointed at first to see the room because with the price, i was expecting something fancier. It must be a bit on the pricier side because of the location and it was peak of summer vacation! We got the basement room, with 1 king bed and... More

Although the welcoming staff were very polite and friendly- this was the only redeeming factor of our stay. The room was directly next to the kitchen and I was kept awake until 1am in the morning by the staff shouting and even hoovering in the room above. This then began again at 6am. 5 hours sleep before a meeting is... More

This hotel is a 2 star hotel and that is what you get. It was booked through an agent back in Australia, so had not done our usual checks, we were led to believe it was a 3 star so got a bit of a shock on arrival. Our room was clean but shabby and very small, wifi worked which... More

I will say this, this hotel is in a fabulous location! Walking distance to hyde Park, Buckingham Palace etc etc................ BUT!!!!! OMGosh before you even get to the room you have to go up the lift which i agree with another persons review was more like the size of a dumb waiter! the 2 of us could not fit in... More
