this was my second stay in Rose Court Hotel, I guess I will always choose this amazing hotel whenever I visit London. It's really best value for money. It's central location serves you best in reaching all places. Marble Arche underground station is round the corner, 3 minutes walk. Same for buses too. The hotel staff is very friendly, they... More

Sent 10 nights in Rose Court, just travelled back from Edinburgh, the first night alone until met back up with partner, the mattress felt look it had been in the hotel since it opened, my partner spoke with the managers, they thanked her for telling them, and replaced the mattress straight away, always helpful staff, the personal light in the... It was ok for one night as a single but I was expecting more for a 3* hotel. The room was ok but the rest of hotel was more a 2* with an extremely small elevator that goes only to 3rd floor and then you need to take it by foot to the 4th floor. The Continental Breakfast was extremely... More

We arrived late in the evening for 3 nights stay booked through an agent and had checked out by 8am the next morning , the place should be demolished ! It's only good point is the location which is a couple of blocks from Hyde Park and Oxford street ,also the staff were pleasant under the circumstances ,but offered no... More

What a depressing, dirty, shabby, fire risk excuse of an hotel. Shame on you for still calling yourself one - homeless shelter would be more appropriate. I have been in larger MRI scanners than what you advertised as a single room. Mis mtatched furniture, leaning wardrobes, electric cables festooned like Christmas decorations. Net curtains that haven't seen a washing machine... More

Dear Diane, I am sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations. We are a 2 star hotel, and certainly don't compare ourselves to a 5 star hotel, charging 5 star prices, which you kindly refer to in your review. But our hotel is certainly not dirty nor is it a fire hazard. The success of a simple establishment like... More

Spent a lovely weekend in early December 2013. The room was basic, comfortable, warm and clean. Check in was efficient and very friendly. The staff were helpful and unobtrusive. I intend to return again.

I stayed here 3 days. The room size was adequate, but what really would have been helpful is if they had one of those little fold out stands to put your suit case on. Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom is small, but not cramped. I read a review where someone complained about the hot... More

Dirty, noisy, small, the breakfast was terrible, the reseptionist wasn't very helpfull, BUT the location makes it worth it! 7min walk to Primark Oxford Street, 18min walk to Madame Tussauds, just super location!

Spent 5 nights here on a trip with friends. Keep in mind that this is a budget 2-star hotel and adjust your expectations to this, and you will be satisfied. I loved it. It´s clean, rooms are cleaned every day and staff is friendly. The location is almost unbeatable, close to Marble Arch tube station, buses that go practically everywhere... More
