this is an excellent budget hotel in London. What characterizes the Falcon is a focus on customer service, starting from the owners and managers, and extending to all the staff. Good full English breakfast, with a continental breakfast as an alternative. Guests receive a key to the front door, so can come and go as you please. Non smoking hotel,... More

This isn't the fanciest place, afterall there's no elevator. It is ideally located, clean, quiet, a good value (nothing in London is cheap) and owned and staffed by very nice people who will bend over backwards to accommodate you. I love the neighborhood: not trendy or overrun, but with great food and easy access to the rest of London, by... More

This hotel is located a very short and easy walk from Padington train Station. It is privately owned and the owner works days on the front desk. The thing I like about the hotel is how clean it is and well kept. Yes the rooms are small but then most are in central London. It is excellent value for the... More

The hotel has a good location and ok staff, but I was more disappointed about the room. With a super small shower and bad sink, the bathroom made the worst impression. Also the heating was stopped all day until evening and the wireless didn't work for the first days we were in. I personally didn't enjoy much the breakfast either,... More

Ideal location - close to Paddington station (and therefore the Heathrow Express). Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms a little on the small side but for travellers this isn't really a problem. Will definitely stay her again.

I have stayed in this PERFECT LOCATION for visiting London before, and I have seen hotels that I stayed in, decline in these Tripadvisor reviews. The Falcon seems to have maintained their standards for a good clean room, good breakfast, good staff and ownership, at a good price for several years. My visit June/July for Wimbledon was no exception. I... More

The hotel for the most part was clean and hospitable and so that is why I am not giving a rating of 1. However for the price the size of the room I was given was atrocious. The location is excellent and so that could be a reason to justify the cost, however the room was only just large enough... More

We booked in here at very short notice as we cancelled our second nights stay at a competitor down the road as it was awful (The Norfolk Plaza). The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, you cant fault the service at all. The room was a tiny twin, but beggars can't be choosers in this situation, The room was lovely... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend for four nights in November. It was our first break together and my first overnight trip to London so it was quite a special trip for us. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised; it wasn't grand or spectacular but it was what we needed. We spent almost the entirety of... More
