How can they describe this place as a 4 star? Easily they award them themselves. I was so disgusted with damp smelly basement room that I was given and the subsequent tiny box that I walked out and found another hotel. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

We arrived at the Caeser which some might call a high priced 3 star Hotel. We had booked on one of the last minute web sites for what is a reasonable 75 pounds average over 4 nights- reasonable in London that is. We arrived early morning after a 24 hr flight and were looked after instantly. We were given access... More

you would do well to stay away from this hotel!!!.i've stayed in nicer hostels in dublin for the fraction of the cost. the lobby is impresive but sadly that where it ends. the room (4th floor) was tiny with a "creeky" bed and a very "creeky" floor and a window that was about to fall apart.the paint work was in... I´ve been at this hotel for 3 nights and all I could say is that it was an excellent hotel, although we had booked a double room they put as a twin room so they change us the room with any problem and therefore they moved our luggage with the greatest smile.U have all really near from the hotel like some... I arrived at this hotel on Saturday with my boyfriend and we were staying for three nights. It was a very warm weekend in London and we found the room quite stuffy as the window only opened 5 inches. This especially caused a problem at night when trying to sleep. All the facilities in the room were very clean and... More

I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were quite big compared to some i've stayed in here in London. Very clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was spotless with new and modern facilities. Loads of hot water and fantastic pressure in the shower. TV was new and good size. Hairdryer and trouser press provided. Nice restaurant and good room service menu.... More

We'd expected quite a stylish and classy hotel from the photos, unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. Our room was tatty, bed linen had holes in and the bath leaked. More disappointing was the size of the room, there was literally *just* room to walk round the bed, which left us getting changed by the door. We found staff... More

I reserved this hotel on internet, and I was scared when I read the complains on this page. However our stay, me and my mother, was very comfortable, in a clean room. The hotel is located next to wonderful Kensington gardens and the staff is very kind. I would repeat.

Our room was not large, but I am not sure that you will get much larger in this price range in London. The facilities and fittings within the room were of a high standard. Our safe was not working when we arrived, but this was rectified by the following day. Our room did not have air conditioning. We were able... More

Sorry to say, but it was awful.... due to the photos, we expected a pretty nice room. Real life showed the other way. For starters the "cockroaches". When we noticed these little creatures and complained by the staff, their response was shocking. "We'll find them and take them away..." There we stood, to flabbergasted to react... The beds were far... More
