i like the caesar overall new and modern interior and exterior compare to other hotels i've been to in europe and london. i have read many reviews that said the staffs are rude but i did find them very friendly and helpful. the room are a bit small but nice and clean! i love the caesar's not-too-tourist-sy location. we had... more

I have to agree with the previous review - you get what you pay for.....particularly in London. We were looking for a hotel for one night, close to the tube and convenient for restaurants but didn't want to spend a huge amount. I am always surprised on this site at the number of people who stay in budget accommodation and... more

Caesar is a nice and well located hotel. As soon as you arrive and get in the nice looby you think you arrived on a 4 star hotel. When you get in your room you realize you are on a 3 star because you paid 100 pounds/day for that. EXTREMELY tight rooms and bathrooms, reasonably clean (never take a look... more

With so many hotels to choose from in London, why stay here?? Seriously. The Caesar staff is pretentious and rude. The rooms are small and while they say they have free internet, what they really mean is that they have 2 computers in the lobby that are always being used and that you will have to wait at least 30... more

I regret that this reviewer did not enjoy their stay at The Caesar Hotel. It is correct that we offer 2 PC's with internet access in the lobby free of charge. It is also true however that the first 30 minutes of wifi access are also free, we find this is normally enough time for the checking of emails etc....

The hotel rates itself as four-star. With all the basic elements but nothing extra I don't know where the fourth star came from. Nice rooms lacking in space just a little bit, with stylish, modern furniture. It was very quiet at night and we all slept very well! Breakfast costs extra and is pretty expensive (a full English breakfast even... more

Loved the Caesar! A well presented, clean and modern hotel in a perfect London location. I travelled with my boyfriend to London for a theatre trip, and the hotel was in a great location for accessing the West End. It's also a stroll through Hyde Park towards Buckingham Palace and Westminster. The hotel itself is less than 5 minutes walk... more

We flew in to Heathrow and took a train to Paddington Station. The Hotel is a few short blocks from the station and in a really nice safe area. Lots of good restaurants around; which is great considering the quality of plane food. Once we got to the hotel we were given the keys to our room and went straight... more

Stayed for my birthday at the Caesar, and we really enjoyed this hotel. Contrary to previous reviews we found the staff very pleasant indeed. The hotel is modern, clean, nicely decorated, with a small but funky bar, all lit up by candles at night. Papers in the lobby, breakfast was perfectly acceptable, and the restaurant area very nice and bright,... more

Many thanks for this positive review. As always we strive to achieve the highest levels of customer service and care. All feedback is welcomed, however positive feedback is very rewarding as it is normally only those with problems that take the trouble to write. Kind regards Lee Melville- General Manager.

I spent 4 days in Caesar hotel. Don't fool with the pics on the web site. I think they took that photos with wide angel :) The rooms are really so small even that Hobbits can complain :) The location is good, I didn't try the food and expect hotel to be cheaper. more

Stayed at the Caesar 25-26th April, arrived at 1pm thinking we'd be able to order food from the bar before checking in only to be told food could not be ordered until after 2pm... On checking in £50 deposit either by credit card or cash to ensure charges to room would be paid for..never experienced this before in any hotel... more

I am sorry that this experience has not lived up to your expectations. I can confirm that the Hotel is very busy and especially at weekends. If we had vacant rooms we would gladly move a guest on request if they are not happy, we would have nothing to gain from having an unhappy guest. Due to staff illness we...
