This hotel has a great location just a few minutes walk from Hyde Park, however we only booked it as my husband had been given some hotel vouchers on leaving his last job, which not many other hotels in London accepted. At first sight the hotel looked nice - elegant facade and stylish reception area but check-in was painfully slow... More

Arrived at the Hotel and Immediately my first impression was how lovely everything is. Staff were really nice, I had a delux single room very comfortable. Room service was always brought up with the traditional Tudor Rose ( from the Tudor Dynasty symbol of peace) so georgeous and the meals were great. The restaurant was so nice very flash. The... Queens Gardens is a very good location to stay if you wish to have all of London within easy reach. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of 4 tube stations set in a quiet area with easy access to Hyde Park and Marble Arch by bus or on foot. The staff in the hotel are very obliging and... More

My partner and I had a lovely stay here while in London. The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The only critic I would have although our stay was excellent was the room was a little small. The overall experience was excellent.

Hotel is well located, walking distance from hyde Park and 5 minutes walk from Bayswater or Queensway underground stations. Excellent first impression at check-in. Receptionists have been very nice and helpful when asking for recommendations. Although rooms are quite small, they are modern, very clean and beds are excellent. Great breakfast!

The hotel is in an elegant area, close to the Tube, Paddington, Hyde Park etc. The hotel is a conversion of a number of homes and this is reflected in the long, thin layout of the hotel. The lobby and rooms were immaculate and the staff friendly and helpful. My only problem was the room and the en-suite were very... More

Nothing was too much trouble for staff at front desk and everything was spotlessly clean. Tiny room but that was not a problem for me. Loved everything here including the Ideal location. Highly recommend.

I stayed in this hotel three times. Each time what I appreciate is that hotel is clean and that location is a walking distance to Paddington. Even with luggage it is still doable without a taxi. Rooms are different but small overall. I stayed in a suite that even in that standard was relatively small for me. Bed was ok... More

We had a lovely long weekend in London. The location of the hotel was great. Beingin within a walking distance from several underground stations, restaurants and the Hyde Park made it a perfect base for our stay. Every employer we met was polite and happy to help. Continental breakfast had everything we expected it to have and then some more.... More
