We stay at ground floor, room G08, happily not confined to the street (that have too much noise almost all the night). Our room was a quadruple (one twin bed and two single bed) and was renewed recently (right side of hotel). It s not very large (4 * 4 meters, plus bathroom), but it s better than one triple... More

Where do I start? I visited this hotel with my husband and six yr old daughter for a family holiday - suffice to say I am glad we didn't need to spend much time in the hotel or room. The room was on the lower ground floor, was stuffy and very warm, at side off hotel where all deliveries made... More

The location may be fairly convenient near Paddington and the nearby underground station Lancaster Gate, however, the hotel is quite uncomfortable to stay in. The room was extremely small, there was no room to even open your suitcase. There was no air-conditioning, and in the summer time, the heat was mostly unbearable. The did offer a fan which helped. The... More

"Despite the negative reviews I wanted a hotel n ear Paddington Station and this fitted my price range. As has been said many times the room was very small, particularly the shower cubicle as there was no room to turn round. But the shower was very hot and powerful and the bed was comfortable The reception staff were friendly but... More

For London, where 3-star hotels command five-star prices, this hotel is a pretty good deal for a family holiday. The location is close to Paddington station with excellent access to the subway. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, the hotel is just 20 minutes walk away from Hyde Park and the Princess Diana memorial... More

No A/C in 30 degree Celsius heat "Free" 30 minute wifi each day that never worked for the four days i was there. Room was ridiculously small. With the luggage on the floor i literally could not walk around my bed One window was broken and couldn't open (which is great with no air conditioning) The only good thing About... More

We have travelled all through Europe and this has been by far the worst hotel we stayed in. The room was very small for 4 adults. No air conditioning and the room was stifling hot. No mini fridge to keep a drink cold. Not clothes line in the bathroom or anywhere else. No power points other than the one for... More

This place is full of bedbugs - don't stay here - nightmare. I awoke stating myself (around the neck) and thought it was mosquitos so closed the wood then it became hot. I went to chemist next day and discovered i had bedbug bites and told the staff who turned out to be totally unhelpful - they didn't speak English... More

Extremely small rooms, personell very neutral, pay attention not to get a room on the street side If you get this quality for the price of a five-star hotel in Warsaw, it probably means that it makes more sense to do business in Warsaw :)
