Location was ideal but didn't have the best experience. Originally booked into a basement room (dirty carpets, right next to kitchen, no WIFI, no hairdryer, leaking aircon). Had we not had to pay upfront would have checked out the next day. Fortunately we were given another room for remainder of our stay but still no WIFI and room conditions would... More

Please do yourself a favour DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!!! I had to attend a wedding in London and my biggest mistake was to book a room! Everything went wrong since I got one foot in... Gave me the wrong key, the bedroom was so small that I could touch both walls with my arms, blood on bed sheet,... More

A friend of mine found this hotel for me since I didn't know London at all. After I booked it I read the reviews and got scared - I almost tried to change my reservation. But I took the chance and the hotel served my purposes. The main benefit to this hotel was the location. I was looking at nicer... More

Checked into this hotel because of its closeness to Bayswater tube, upon check in , I began to feel really sad, everything was choking me, room size, breakfast, wireless, everything was such a nightmare...I checked out immediately the next morning, an argument ensued as to why am checking out as they will charge the 2nd day to my account even... My family and I stayed here for a few days a while ago and did not enjoy our experience. The receptionist was very rude to us when we arrived which did not leave a great first impression. The rooms were not very clean but our complaints fell on deaf ears. Will not stay again or recommend

we travelled here just for one night with our small children. 'Family Room' is on the 2nd floor and has a sash window which opens up from about.45cm from the floor straight down to concrete below. - really dangerous for small children. The walls and skirting in the room were filthy and there is a step down into the room... More

I am not sure why this hotel has a 3star rating as the only two good things about it are it's location ( a mere 200mt from Bayswater tube) and a staff member named Cameron( who was exceptionally friendly and helpful) . For the money it is certainly overrated. We booked a twin room and it was tiny. Hardly enough... More

Forget staying here even if someone pays you. I was greeted by a rude and surly receptionist who demanded my passport, despite me being a British National. You can see from the other reviews that it's dirty and tatty. There was no way I would eat in this filthy hole, who knows what you could catch. I didn't want to... More

On arrival walked to my room across threadbare carpet taped together in places. Bed sheets were stained and had hairs in. Also shower basin was mouldy and also had hairs in. Generally an unclean place. staff offered to put me in another room the following day but to be honest that first impression was enough to put me off the... More

Well. Where to start... Perhaps with the worst: ITCH MITES. For real: I got itch mites in The Whiteleaf Hotel, London. Probably from the extra blanket from the filthy cupboard. I had to use it because it was quite cold in March and the battery was stone cold, of course. There was no warm water at all during my 5-night-stay.... More
