We had booked two nights in this hotel. When first booked in thought the hotel was run down. We dropped our bags off and went out for evening. Upon our return we found visitors (bugs) in the bedding, in the pillow case and on the towels without even looking we had seen four. The staff were unhelpful at midnight we... More

DISGUSTING !!!!!!!! The pictures of the rooms on websites must be a different hotel as this hotel is minging.Carpets were filthy with holes and every surface including shower tray was dirty and not been cleaned in months. We found our bed crawling with bed bugs and got the night porter to look at it and have photo and video evidence.Obviously... More

All my travels to London were for business. This is the first time I went for pleasure and I found accommodation in general very expensive (especially if you want to stay in central London). You can get cheaper hotels outside, but you spend a lot of time on bus/tube/train to reach the center. They charged 60 pounds per night (with... More

Oh my lord give me strength. I have often been away on a bit of a tight budget, so looking for for something within my price range is a must 9 times out of 10. I booked this hotel through the site Booking.com on the 30th october, giving my card details to hold the room for 1 night for my... More

I checked into this hotel in June 2014, when I had planned to stay for four nights. After checking in and going downstairs to the room in the cellar it very quickly became clear to me that I wouldn't be spending four minutes, let alone nights, there. The room in the basement was filthy; on every surface there were layers... More

Never ever ever again staying in this hotel more like a hostel, dirty blood stained sheets, ciggie burns in the carpets, toe nail clippings on the windows still and floor, broken Bed with springs sticking out holes in base of bed and dirt and muck and old receipts from January under the bed no iron broken hairdryer and had a... The only good about this hotel is its location. Breakfast was poor, stuff was not helpful at all (we asked for some pillows and they never bring them to us), rooms need updating and they are too small. wifi was not working..I am not staying there again!

The hotel is in desperate need of updating and decorating. Our room was tiny and grubby looking. The bedside tables hadn't seen a duster in a while and there was mould in the shower. There is no lift (don't remember seeing this on the booking website but I could be wrong) and the stairways to the rooms are narrow, making... More

I was a little worried after reading the reviews on this hotel. We booked an overnight stay as we were attending a show in Hyde Park. The hotel room was basic and small but very clean. As we were only using the hotel to sleep in, it was ok and in a very good location. I would agree with the... More
