The hotel is conveniently located, and was what one would expect for the price. The staff were helpful and did resolve an issue we had with our room. One point worth noting is the lack of lifts and the steep stair cases, don't take anything to heavy!

This hotel was disgusting thick with dust bed unmade and broken. TV didn't work on the 1st night. Cracked tile. We complained and wasn't compensated in any way. Wasn't made aware of who the manager was just told he/she was based in India. The staff just referred us to someone else. Shoddy service and overpriced

Not a comfortable place to stay in. Not worth the money as level of comfort is low and room looked like in dire need to be refurbished. Location was ok, near subways and many halal food dining options. Otherwise, won't return back here.

What you pay, what you get. Keep that in mind. We chose this hotel because it was very close to sub and way cheaper than other hotels. Its a pitty that we did not check reviews before booking it. We were happy about the price and said "fine, we will spend the remaining money in other expenses". Hotel is located... More

Room not ready on time. Put in the basement room and pretty shocked to find no bathroom! Told reception that basic room has no en suite and we should have known that. There was a tiny toilet 3 floors from us and a tiny shower cubicle on the corridor. The room had absolutely zero natural light. There was a kettle... More

Generally poor, upon arrival the single room allocated was of a very basic standard with one very small pillow on the bed and no further pillows in the wardrobe. The curtain did not cover the entirety of the window. I returned to reception and was given the option of moving to a different room which i did., This room (208)... More

We booked a mini weekend break to London, myself and 2 friends. We decided to stay somewhere we thought was good value for money and in a good location. We have stayed in Bayswater area before but nothing compared to this. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was unfriendly and not very helpful. We arrived early so... More
