Have stayed here a few times. Great location on a quiet side street to busy Cromwell Road. Short walk to Gloucester road tube, Kensington High Street is also reasonably close. There's also a great pub nearby, The Builder's Arms, halfway between the hotel and Kensington Gardens. The minibar only has water, but you can stock it up with goodies from... More

We spent 3 nights at the Parkcity from the 18th May 2012, Great location, easy to walk to everything from there. On arrival we were greeted pleasantly and informed we had been upgraded to a superior room which was a nice surprise. We were given a room on the ground floor, facing the street and it was suprisingly quiet. The... More

We stayed one night in May to visit the RHS Chelsea Flower show. Although this time we had a room down in the basement which wasn't as spacious as for our previous stay, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. This time we tried the breakfast which consisted of fruit salad, yoghurt, cereal, croissants, pastries, bread,... More

This hotel is in an excellent location close to the tube but in a quiet part of Kensington. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. It is an easy walk to the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, and Harrods. The continental breakfast was extremely good value and the quality of housekeeping was of a high standard. The... More

THis hotel is a gem. It has a good location but is also in a quieter area in Kensington. We had rooms on the main floor as we had to use a wheelchair and everything was accessible. The rooms were lovely and everything was in excellent condition. I especially liked the bath tub and the shower was heavenly. There were... More

On a recent business trip to London, I decided to try a new neighborhood slightly west of the city. This ended up being a great choice and my go-to London hotel from now in. Very convenient to the Tube, but tucked in a nice residential Kensington street. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room were spacious and quiet.... More

The hotel was good value for money compared to other similar hotels I saw. The room was clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the detail of having a European plug available. We had a deluxe room and used a weekend promotion price, so breakfast was included. The breakfast was good. The lobby was clean and well-appointed, and most everything was pleasant.... More

This was my second stay at the Parkcity and it is a wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood. Rooms are a little small, but very clean and modern. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and you can easily walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum, The Natural History Museum, and Harrods. It's a bit of a ways from some of the... More

This is one of many stays at The Parkcity which I use for business and leisure trips. This was a business trip and I also had some Itailan colleagues staying at the hotel. Always a worry when recommending a hotel to someone but everything was fantastic as usual. Unless anything changes at this hotel I will always use it for... More
