Nice boutique hotel with good sized rooms for European standards. This hotel was very a convenient point for us to get around London very easily. Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. We stayed here for three nights in April.

Booked 3 rooms (2 doubles and 1 triple) after reviews on TA. Meeting up with Family from the Midlands to celebrate my Parteners birthday the day previous. We got the C1 bus from Victoria as a beautiful day and we used our senior bus passes. It was about 9.30am so no rush. We got off at Earls Court tube and... More

Compared to other hotels I have stayed in around Kensington this one was not a favourite . Our triple room was on the ground floor so very noisy : constant clattering of heels across the reception floor tiles, people talking outside the window, car doors slamming. It was also a very soulless room. On entering there was a fusty smell,... More

Comfortable and clean hotel on a beautiful street with the most helpful day staff to be found anywhere. The beds were comfortable. The linens bright white. Our room was huge. The closet could have fit another bed! Our bathroom was huge. The shower was wonderful with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The towels were bright white and... More

Dear Guest, First of all thank you for staying with us. We are glad to know that overall you enjoyed your stay and loved most of the things about our hotel and the staff. As for the continental breakfast, not everyone gets it without paying for it. Our guests come from different sources, some through our website, some walk in... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days during our trip to Europe. Our room was satisfactory and our stay overall was fine. In our room there were a few steps that led upstairs to a bathroom and closet. After departing London we had plans for a wedding photo shoot in Paris, so when we arrived at... More

Dear Guest After reading you message I personally confirmed it with my entire team and got this matter investigated properly. Everything that was found in the room was sent to you as it. No bag was opened and nothing was taken out. Our staff are well trained and would not have dared open your belongings. Also, as in your email... More

We booked this hotel because of reviews, and we liked what we found. Easy to get to from Gloucester rd underground (to Cromwell road, turn left on it, lexham gardens eventually on right), lexham gardens is a very quiet street which has that expensive air. The people on reception were quiet and pleasantly helpful. The foyer is very nice with... More

Great location for NHM, Science Museum, Albert Hall. Amazingly friendly service. Spotless, well appointed rooms. Large comfy beds, big TV. Light switches for all lights next to the bed, very convenient. Happy to let you pick up your bags later after a day of museuming! Well worth the money. Thank you.

Stayed in a older style executive double. Room was spacious with a king-size bed and a view was over a car park. The third floor of the hotel is suffocatingly hot especially the corridor. We had to keep our windows open for the entire stay to cool the room down. It's not clear what the hotel's environmental policies are but... More

The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington is a wonderful find! Great location, really felt safe, and while the street was quiet, it was still a fairly close walk to the Tube and other stores and hotels. Room and bathroom were both a nice size and very clean and so was the overall hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable, and staff was... More

This was my second stay at the Park City, the last being 18 months ago. The location is ok but overall condition has rapidly deteriorated (facilities and especially staff). Unfortunatley on my return I was surprised at how the rooms are beginning to look dated ,tired furniture with a noisy fridge. The room was small and dark .the bathroom was... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
