We stayed at this hotel. Not too bad. Rooms was clean and tidy. Rooms had no tea making facilities and the the lift didn't work. Breakfast was ok although it was a basic toast and coffee with some cereal. The hotel is in a good location close to Hyde Park.

This is the hardest place I've ever reviewed! I chose to rate it 4, but it's more like three and a half. We were greeted by a very friendly lady (possibly the manager) and checked in very quickly, so all was good in that area. However, we were told that the lift was out of order, so instead of putting... More

The hotel is in a great location for accessibility to the underground (Bayswater and Queensway a short walk) and the surrounding area has many restaurants, shops and pubs without the madness of usual Central London locations. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, many of the hotel booking websites claim this hotel has a bar, which is does... More

The Byron hotel was in a great position near two tube stations, close to Kensington gardens/palace and lots of pubs. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows hard. Breakfast was unsuitable for anyone with food sensitivities and very processed. The staff were helpful but not always pleasant. An expensive hotel not worth the money.

Was a nice hotel, close by central where all attraction are. The hotel was clean, staff were nice, had no problem with my stay. I would say the room was quite small for a double room, I could call it single room but was fine as I had a short stay in there.

The website promises much more than it delivers. On arrival the appearance of the hotel is an excellent Edwardian facade. The receptionist couldn't be more unfriendly if he tried. Booked two executive rooms - elsewhere these would be standard. Our room was reasonable size but the decor very tired as was the bathroom which emitted heat making the room unbearable-... More
