This is a no frills style of hotel in central London in a large terrace house. A clean room with modern bathroom & tea making facilities. But no bottled water in empty fridge & no where close to buy any either. A vending machine with water & snacks would be a good idea.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel whatsoever if you are intelligent enough to include the price & location as well as knowing that it is only has 2 stars!!! The price in the UK is around 75quid (we got it a lot cheaper because of a special flight & hotel deal from American Airlines) so why are you moaning... More

Location was great for Kensington Olympia conference but that is the only good thing to say. The staff were unhelpful and the man on reception was rude. The rooms, corridors and stairways are tiny and none of it is clean. The beds were pretty much camp beds and the walls paper thin. We could hear other guests snoring. It was... More

This hotel is relatively cheap for London. The rooms are very small but OK. We stayed for 5 days and our sheets were never changed during our stay, luckily the towels were changed regularly. The breakfast is very poor and the breakfast room is very cramped. The walls between the rooms are so thin that you can hear almost the... More

The smallest room I have ever seen, the smallest bathroom and the Noisiest hotel ever! The only plus - everyday cleaning of the room and the bathroom. The first night I couldn't even sleep for a minute because there was noises from the street ( I guess they still haven't invented the sound isolating windows). Babies crying, elevator going up... It is a small hotel with extremely small rooms and bathroom.but considering the price and location, we were quite happy with it. especially the non hassle service of their staff. it is more for touch and go kind of hotel where you go back just to change and sleep. otherwise there is nothing more to it. it is more like... The photos on their website are not true reflection of the rooms. The rooms are exceedingly small, and have camp beds with a mattress on them, that said they were clean. I reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights for myself and a colleague. Upon arrival it was quickly apparent that the hotel was more like a run down B+B. The... More

Stayed here only to crash out for one night after a session at the Beer Festival in Olympia. Yes its shabby, yes the rooms are pokey and the breakfast is basic, but the bed linen and towels were crisp and clean and the shower room spotless. Got a good nights sleep in the basic but comfy bed. This is London and... More
